The US has sensitive nuclear technology at a nuclear power plant in Ukraine and is warning Russia not to touch it, according to a letter the US Department of Energy sent to Rosatom last month.

Moscow considers the case in which the Czech Republic "de facto expropriated" the Moroccan tanks that were being modernized in that country to deliver them to Ukraine to be outrageous, declared the spokeswoman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova.
In this context, the diplomat recalled that Morocco concluded a contract with the Czech company Excalibur Army to modernize 130 T-72B tanks acquired in 1999-2001 from Belarus.
"After carrying out the corresponding work, 56 tanks were returned to the country. The rest, 74 armored vehicles, were expropriated by the Czech side for later shipment to the combat zone in Ukraine. Federal authorities charged four Americans on Tuesday with roles in a malign campaign pushing pro-Kremlin propaganda in Florida and Missouri — expanding a previous case that charged a Russian operative with running illegal influence agents within the United States.
The FBI signaled its interest in the alleged activities in a series of raids last summer, at which point authorities charged a Moscow man, Aleksandr Viktorovich Ionov, with working for years on behalf of Russian government officials to fund and direct fringe political groups in the United States. Among other things, Ionov allegedly advised the political campaigns of two unidentified candidates for public office in Florida.
Ionov’s influence efforts were allegedly directed and supervised by officers of the FSB, a Russian government intelligence service.
