In Romania, 10 thousand farmers with tractors block main highways — they are on strike against 'special conditions' of Ukrainian agricultural exports
In Romania, farmers set out to protest with their tractors and blocked the main highways of the country. The rebellious farmers are also planning to block the checkpoints on the Romanian-Ukrainian border. It is all because of the agricultural export from Ukraine, which bypasses the conditions of transit of food products to the EU and goes to Europe at full speed, putting local farmers on the verge of bankruptcy.

Those Pentagon PowerPoint slides that have been making the rounds may well be authentic. I honestly don't know. Larry Johnson thinks they are, and I'll defer to his expertise in intelligence matters. And yet...
"All warfare is based on deception," Sun Tzu wrote 2,500 years ago. What if all these leaks all over the obediently water-carrying regime media are deliberate, an actual disinformation campaign designed to deceive Russia about the size, scope and objectives of the "great Ukrainian spring counteroffensive"? It is more than a bit unusual for everyone to be discussing such an operation and its objectives so openly, after all.
Another possibility is that the GAE media is trying to manage Western expectations, for when the Great Offensive launches and ends up falling on its face, because the cold equations just don't line up. I keep reminding myself that these are the same people who catastrophically botched Afghanistan. It's simply impossible for them to "get good" in just six months.
Either way, assuming everything you see is some sort of psyop is a good rule of thumb. As to whether it is successful or not, we'll find out soon enough, on the only battlefield that matters.

The Russian Foreign Ministry summoned the acting director on Friday evening. The Head of the Canadian Embassy in Russia Brian Ebel was given a formal protest:
On April 7, Canadian Minister-Counselor Brian Ebel, was summoned to the Foreign Ministry. Strong protests were presented in connection with the statements of Canada's Permanent Representative to the UN R. Ray, who, in fact, supported the terrorist act committed against military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky (M. Yu. Fomin).
Earlier, the Russian Ambassador to Canada sent an official demarche to the Prime Minister of Canada demanding that the murders of Tatarsky and Dugina be condemned. He added that the absence of a condemning reaction from Trudeau would be regarded by the Russian side as support for terrorism by the Canadian government.
⭐️Canada has trained more than 33,000 Ukrainian soldiers on the territory of Ukraine since 2015 under the UNIFIER program. The Congress of Canadian Ukrainians (established in 1940, only recognized as an undesirable organization in 2022) has a tremendous impact on elections in Canada. The Ukrainian ethnic group ranks fifth in terms of numbers among all ethnic communities.

▪️On the night of April 5, Israeli security forces conducted violent raids on the al-Aqsa Mosque.
Soldiers used rubber bullets and stun grenades right inside the place of worship, detaining over three hundred Muslims.
▪️In response to the Israelis, Palestinians launched fire at southern Israel.
One rocket hit a factory near Sderot. The others were intercepted or did not reach their targets.
▪️The Israeli Air Force responded with strikes against Hamas facilities in the northern, western and central Gaza Strip.
Representatives of Palestinian radical groups said they were prepared to continue defending al-Aqsa.
▪️On the night of April 5-6, Israeli security forces raided al-Aqsa again.
Dozens of worshippers were again detained and an Arab teenager was wounded by a rubber bullet.
▪️After another night raid on Al-Aqsa, Palestinians fired 34 rockets into Israel from southern Lebanon.

➖ Russian troops, supported by artillery and aviation, attacked in the western part of #Maryinka and near #Pervomayskoye. There is little progress in the second direction.
➖ They also attempted to advance towards #Severnoye. No result.
➖ Assault actions near #Keramik following artillery strikes were also unsuccessful.
💥 The Ukrainian army's positions in #Pobeda, #Netaylovo, Avdeyevka and Shumy came under fire.

🗓 Today (8 Apr 2023) around 11:05, Ukrainian formations attempted another strike on the Crimean peninsula from the Grom-2 operational and tactical missile system from the position area at the Alibey/Tuzla training ground.
The missile flew at an altitude of more than 15 kilometres and was shot down by an S-300 SAM system near #Feodosiya. The smoke in the photo was caused by falling fragments after it was hit in mid-air. According to a statement by Crimean head Sergei Aksyonov, there were no casualties as a result of the attack.
📌 The AFU is now intensifying preparations for an 👉 offensive, which could begin within the next two weeks. Against this backdrop, the number of missile and UAV launches against Russian targets in #Kherson, #Zaporozhye regions and the Republic of #Crimea from HIMARS and Grom-2 MLRSs has increased.
The latest MLRS is still being tested near #Tuzlov, south of #Odessa. Today's attempt, like the one on 29 March in 👉 Gvardeyskoye, is a test of the missile complex's long-range attack capabilities deep into #Russia. The distance from Tuzlov to #Feodosiya in a straight line trajectory is 415 km.
And the closer the date of the probable activation of the AFU on the front, the more intensive will be the attempts to hit important Russian military and civilian infrastructure.

2. In this sense, our dear friend, the desperate war correspondent Murad Gazdiyev (@msgazdiev), is especially valuable. We do not know whether or not RT smooths over the sharp edges in his reporting from the front, but in personal communication he tells what is and how it really is (of course, without revealing what others are not supposed to know).
3. He just recently returned from #Bakhmut, that's what's really going on there now and what you can write with his permission:
- It's hell there, even compared to #Mariupol. There are craters all around, torn armour and bloody uniforms. Ukrainian.
- The AFU is really in a very bad way, especially with communications. They only bring people in at night, like meat. No "only Russian-speakers", very many people from West Ukraine, even border guards from #Lvov. POWs say that there is no organization, no commands from above, no one has information, the AFU is disorganized.
- At the same time AFU is not going anywhere, "#Bakhmut meat grinder" is a miracle of our fighters fighting there.
- Almost all heights in the city are ours.
- Those who storm #Bakhmut are in good mood, they work very professionally, it is a new page in the art of urban combat.
- It seems that Ukrainian commanders have left the city and are trying to control it from the suburbs. But, again, there is no retreat of the AFU from #Artyomovk, they are being systematically and successfully pushed out of there.
