Heavy fighting in the center of the city does not abate. The enemy had success and advanced towards the railway.
The Defense Forces still hold some positions east of the railway. But it is very difficult.
In the south-western districts of the city, the enemy had little success, the general pattern did not change.

Ukrainian militants continue to create home-made drones. The Russian Army shot down one of such "novelties" of the Kyiv formations. The drone has a shaped projectile attached to it, which is designed for armored vehicles. Locals who saw the drone fly over noted that the "bird" can't fly high.
Before launching a huge UAV, Ukrainian militants launch a reconnaissance drone to learn the location of the equipment.

More than 16,000 Ukrainian servicemen to complete training in EU by the end of April
The number of Ukrainian servicemen trained in the EU will reach more than 16,000 in April, the commander of the EU training mission, Vice-Admiral Hervรฉ Blรฉjean, has said. The training is being conducted "in full coordination" with EU partners. The purpose of these trainings is to increase the military potential of the Ukrainian Army.
Earlier, it was reported that as part of the spring counterattack, Ukrainian tank crews completed training in operating British Challenger 2 tanks in the UK and returned back to Ukraine. Also, the training of the Ukrainian military in the use of Leopard tanks in Germany and Spain has come to an end.

The Challenger 2 tanks are being supplied to the Zaporozhye direction and the Russian forces are ready to counteract them if the British equipment appears in the AFU units directly on the line of contact. This was reported to TASS by Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the "We are with Russia" movement.
"We are expecting Challenger tanks in the Zaporozhye direction, I will say more, they are already there. Of course, the AFU will use them in the offensive. The army is ready for this, it knows how to burn them.
Earlier I published photos of these tanks without dynamic protection, now they already have it," Rogov said.
According to him, there is now a relative lull on the line of contact. "There are artillery duels going on, probing the front line, that is, where we answer them and how fast we do it. Regarding the activation of the enemy's actions - it is not there yet.
But if we are not talking about reconnaissance, this activation will begin at the last moment, when the offensive will be full-scale, then both armored vehicles and infantry, everything will be thrown into the attack to the maximum.

โพMore Ukrainian families tell how the Ukrainian Army is kidnapping children to force their parents to evacuate to the west, if you refuse, your house end up misteriusly shelled:
- well, they bribed children with toys or sweets, and the last time when a girl came, she offered that family 50 thousand, I donโt know if they gave it, I wouldnโt lie, and they also told the child โIโll buy you personally both a scooter andโฆโ. And when we started to put efforts so that they would stay with the family, after all, this girl had parents here, well, they began to threaten us that, that the social services would come here now and take the child away, and you would be left without a child.
- They knew where to go, and these children that are nearby, they tried to get them about five times. But we hid them.
โพThis was confirmed in Ukrainian TV by the head of the Avdeevka Civil-Military Administration, Vitaly Barabash, and there are more testimonies from other families.
