🔹#Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) Sector:

▪️ In #Artyomovsk, fighters of the Wagner PMC are breaking through the positions of the militants from three directions. From the north, our forces have advanced in the area of Rose Alley, in the centre the "orchestrators" have taken control of the Metallurg stadium and the Bakhmut hotel. Fighting continues in the southern quarters of the city.
➖ In addition, Evgeny Prigozhin said that the AFU is not retreating from #Artyomovsk, moreover, the militants have organized defences in the western part of the city.

🔹#Donetsk Direction:

➖ The RF Armed Forces continue to advance around #Avdeyevka, with our forces occupying several strongholds in the area of #Keramik.
➖ Also, Russian fighters attempted to attack in the direction of #Severnoye, in parallel conducting an assault on #Pervomayskoye.

More than 16,000 Ukrainian servicemen to complete training in EU by the end of April

The number of Ukrainian servicemen trained in the EU will reach more than 16,000 in April, the commander of the EU training mission, Vice-Admiral Hervé Bléjean, has said. The training is being conducted "in full coordination" with EU partners. The purpose of these trainings is to increase the military potential of the Ukrainian Army.

Earlier, it was reported that as part of the spring counterattack, Ukrainian tank crews completed training in operating British Challenger 2 tanks in the UK and returned back to Ukraine. 🇺🇦☠ About Challenger 2 tanks in the Zaporozhye direction

The Challenger 2 tanks are being supplied to the Zaporozhye direction and the Russian forces are ready to counteract them if the British equipment appears in the AFU units directly on the line of contact. This was reported to TASS by Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the "We are with Russia" movement.

According to him, there is now a relative lull on the line of contact. "There are artillery duels going on, probing the front line, that is, where we answer them and how fast we do it. Regarding the activation of the enemy's actions - it is not there yet.

But if we are not talking about reconnaissance, this activation will begin at the last moment, when the offensive will be full-scale, then both armored vehicles and infantry, everything will be thrown into the attack to the maximum.

On April 4, Rogov told TASS that the Ukrainian Armed Forces might begin active operations in the coming days in the form of reconnaissance battles or offensive attempts at the line of contact in Zaporizhzhia Region, near the town of Orekhov, where personnel and equipment continue to arrive.

According to his assessment, in the event of an offensive, AFU units will avoid fighting in the cities and break through to the Sea of Azov east of Melitopol to cut the land corridor to Crimea due to their lack of strength.

On March 27, Rogov told TASS that the AFU had already concentrated up to 75,000 troops in the Zaporizhzhya direction after an attempted offensive on March 23, which was thwarted by Russian forces that killed up to 400 fighters.
