There's panic in Melitopol. Secret meetings are held for the residents on evacuation, which may be announced at any minute. This news has appeared in Ukrainian Telegram channels.
The fact:
Everything is quiet in Melitopol, there are no signs of panic, the city is returning to normal life. Representatives of local public and private institutions, as well as average citizens, say this. Information about the impending evacuation and any photo or video evidence of "evacuation briefings" could not be found in any source.
Residents are actively involved in town improvement, Melitopol schools are modernized and equipped with new equipment, and farmers have started the sowing campaign and plan to finish the work in the second half of May. The multifunctional centres, where Russian passports, citizenship and registrations can be obtained, are open as usual. Medical institutions are receiving new equipment, and local clubs and societies providing supplementary education are announcing the enrolment of new groups.
The evacuation of Russian citizens is a trademark of Ukrainian propaganda. We have repeatedly found misinformation about Crimean residents being transported to other regions. There have also been widespread fakes recently about evacuations from Alyoshek in Kherson Oblast and Yeisk District in Krasnodar Krai.

๐น1. North of #Artyomovsk, our forces continue to pressurise #Bogdanovka and Orekhovo-Vasilyevka. At the moment the villages have not been taken, the enemy is resisting fiercely there. Ukrainian reserves play a significant role here.
๐น2. #Khromovo has also not yet been taken, although the roads that run from Chasov Yar through #Krasnoye are under tight fire control. Ukrainian sources also confirm this.
๐น3. The Main Supply to the AFU continues to flow through the fields and dirt roads between #Khromovo and #Krasnoye. This is essentially an operational encirclement situation, but there is no cauldron at the moment. The possibility of communication by the enemy persists.
