Exclusive from the front line
The Russian military are advancing in the forests near Kremennaya (LPR): in two days they advanced 500 meters along the entire front line.
In addition, our paratroopers and marines took six strongholds of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, two of which were heavily fortified, fighters told RT military correspondent Stanislav stringer_donetsk Obishchenko.
Wounded opponents are helped, and the dead are buried. At the same time, the Ukrainian military mine the bodies of their dead , so some of them still remain on the battlefield.

๐ฌ Maria Zakharova: We hear daily reports by the Western media about the growing supplies of weapons, ammunition and military equipment sent to the Kiev regime by the United States, the EU and their satellites.
The ๐ฌ๐ง UK's announcement about the depleted uranium munition supplies to the Kiev regime is changing the situation, no questions asked. Now, neither the neighbouring states, nor the states of the region will be able to control the impact of the used guns and shells. It simply cannot be done.

๐ We have conducted research and summed up the publicly available data about the volume and range of supplies by NATO and the EU countries and weapons and military equipment to Ukraine.
Since February 2022, the United States alone has supplied the Kiev neo-Nazi regime with weapons and military equipment worth $33 billion, the UK $5.2 billion, Germany $2.8 billion, and Poland $2.3 billion. The supplies include tanks and armoured vehicles, artillery systems, multiple launch rocket systems, and unmanned aerial vehicles. According to official statements, NATO countries have allocated at least $65 billion and the EU countries over $12 billion towards this end.
Since February 2022, the Ukrainian military has used about 110,000 munitions against the DPR and LPR, including tactical missiles, attack drones, various MLRS missiles and large-calibre artillery shells. More than 4,600 civilians (including almost 200 children) were killed in the DPR, LPR and the liberated regions of the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions during this period, and several thousand people were wounded (more than 300 children among them).
โ๏ธThese statistics clearly demonstrate the scale of cynicism and violation of law by Western regimes, their disregard not only for human lives, but also for those theoretical developments that they call โhuman rights issuesโ & which they themselves created.

"It's not true that [the Russians] fight badly," they told the Kyiv Post on condition of anonymity. "They fight well: it all depends on the unit and the weapons they have..... Some of the Wagnerian fighters have such advanced weapons that I have never seen before, not even in pictures."

A couple of days ago, the Operational Command "South" of the AFU announced the introduction of restrictions on the activities of media personnel in the command's area of responsibility in #Odessa, #Nikolayev, #Kherson and #Dnepropetrovsk regions.
Under the new requirements, journalists and reporters have been assigned three zones: a "red" zone where media presence is strictly forbidden, a "yellow" zone where media personnel are allowed to work in the presence of a specially authorised officer and a "green" zone with no restrictions.
๐นWhy is this done?
The Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly tried to restrict the work of foreign media, especially in the area of hostilities or within the radius of possible missile and drone strikes. Ukrainian propaganda is fundamentally based on falsified data and disinformation.
The presence of staff from Western news agencies - or rather media not under the control of the Ukrainian authorities - is a big problem for Ukrainian infobots. Western journalists could easily publish something that would completely smash propaganda built on lies.
๐นWhich areas have been restricted for media work?
๐ด "Red Zone":
Entirely banned from visiting military bases, firing ranges, ports and airfields, as well as other critical infrastructure. Also, journalists are not allowed to work in areas bordering #Transnistria.
In #Nikolayev and #Kherson regions, reporters are not allowed to work in #Pravdino, Posad-Pokrovskoye, #Kiselevka, #Novopetrovka, #Lyubomirovka, #Snigirevka, Davydov Brod, Belaya Krinitsa and #Vysokopolye. In these localities, training activities for the mobilized are taking place, among other things.
Media workers are also prohibited from approaching the banks of the #Dnieper-Bug estuary, the #Ingulets River and the #Kakhovka Reservoir, where SRGs operate on boats, and there is active training of assault groups on forcing water obstacles.
๐ก "Yellow Zone":
Accompanied by authorised representatives of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence, journalists and reporters are able to work in several settlements in the #Nikolayev and #Dnepropetrovsk regions. Some of them are also equipped with training grounds for the mobilized. Filming along the Black Sea coast is possible with restrictions.
๐ Such Restrictions are perfectly logical in wartime conditions, so the measures taken by the Ukrainian authorities are not surprising. However, the creation of "red zones" is a double-edged sword, as it directly points out important positions and facilities to watch out for.
Since members of the media are banned from going there, it means that there is something of interest in the area, something that ordinary citizens should not see, much less be leaked to the media.
The Alibey Nature Reserve south of #Odessa on the Black Sea coast is partially included in the red zone. Near the conservation area there is a testing ground of "Tuzla", where the "Grom-2" missile defence system is tested). At present four missile launchers are deployed near #Tuzla.
In addition, the activities of journalists near the border with #Transnistria are completely banned. This is due to the concentration of several hundred people and dozens of weapons near the PMR, which is constantly denied by Kiev. There are also dozens of foreign mercenaries operating in the border villages.
And the establishment of the "red zone" along the #Kakhovka reservoir, the #Dnieper and the Dnieper-Bug estuary is mostly related to preparations for an AFU counterattack and the probable forcing (https://t.me/rybar/44982) of the water barrier to divert the attention of Russian troops from the main strike.

There's panic in Melitopol. Secret meetings are held for the residents on evacuation, which may be announced at any minute. This news has appeared in Ukrainian Telegram channels.
The fact:
Everything is quiet in Melitopol, there are no signs of panic, the city is returning to normal life. Representatives of local public and private institutions, as well as average citizens, say this. Information about the impending evacuation and any photo or video evidence of "evacuation briefings" could not be found in any source.
Residents are actively involved in town improvement, Melitopol schools are modernized and equipped with new equipment, and farmers have started the sowing campaign and plan to finish the work in the second half of May. The multifunctional centres, where Russian passports, citizenship and registrations can be obtained, are open as usual. Medical institutions are receiving new equipment, and local clubs and societies providing supplementary education are announcing the enrolment of new groups.
The evacuation of Russian citizens is a trademark of Ukrainian propaganda. We have repeatedly found misinformation about Crimean residents being transported to other regions. There have also been widespread fakes recently about evacuations from Alyoshek in Kherson Oblast and Yeisk District in Krasnodar Krai.

๐ฅ Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Russian Group of Forces have engaged 93 AFU artillery units at their fire positions, manpower, and military hardware in 107 areas during the day. An ammunition depot of the 103rd Territorial Defence Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been obliterated close to Berestovoye (Kharkov region).
๐ฅ Russian air defence facilities have shot down one Mi-8 helicopter of Ukrainian Air Force near Temirovka (Zaporozhye region). Moreover, 13 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down close to Kremennaya, Rubezhnoye, Golikovo (Lugansk People's Republic), and Marinka, Olginka, and Novy Svet (Donetsk People's Republic).
