The program is designed for 2 stages. The first is "strengthening fiscal, external, price and financial stability." The second is to strengthen macroeconomic stability and the country's recovery, including in light of Ukraine's dream of joining the EU. Given the collapsed economy and high level of corruption, it is unclear how Kyiv intends to return the money.

💬 We regard the statement made by British Minister of State for Defence Annabel Goldie about the UK government’s plans to send armour-piercing depleted uranium rounds for the Challenger 2 main battle tanks to Ukraine as yet another proof of London’s intention to take the lead in the anti-Russia campaign.

By doing this, the Anglo-Saxons have disclosed their wish to aggravate the confrontation in Ukraine and have disavowed their authorities’ claims about their commitment to the post-conflict rebuilding of that country.

London has apparently forgotten about the well-known serious consequences of the use of toxic and radioactive munitions by the West during the conflicts in Yugoslavia and Iraq. A desire to increase the suffering of civilians and to do irreparable environmental damage shows that the British have no regard whatsoever for the Ukrainian people.

🔹North of #Avdeyevka there is the long-suffering #Novobakhmutovka (north of #Novosyolovka II). They had been fighting for it since the spring, and a chunk remained with the enemy, despite reports to the top (a passion for reports!) of "liberation". The liberation of #Novobakhmutovka and Novobakhmutovka railway station was "confused" by wishful thinking.

🔹In Fact, 3/4 of the village was ours and the AFU had a piece of it.
➖ Fighting for #Novobakhmutovka was fierce and accompanied by heavy losses both in the 1st Slavyansk Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade and other units and formations.
➖ Now it has been finally taken, having cleared the enemy from this appendix and passed a little bit further.

🔹Otherwise there was no change. Attempts to advance in other areas in the #Avdeyevka direction have not yet been successful.

A video of a Russian tank (presumably a T-72B3) operating on positions in the vicinity of #Makeyevka in the #Lugansk People's Republic has appeared on military columnist Dambiev's channel @chdambiev.

Judging by the footage, the RF Armed Forces units advanced even further along the front and reached the built-up area of the settlement. The tank operated in the area of the school, constantly manoeuvring and opening fire on the enemy.

However, the video has a sequel, posted in the Ukrainian segment on Twitter. There is quite rare footage of the use of the Javelin anti-tank system by the AFU. The video shows the missile hitting the front of the Russian armoured vehicle.

At the moment of the munition arrival, the recording is cut off, so the fate of the crew remains unknown. However, the video is evidence of the RF Armed Forces' insertion into the AFU defence at the #Zherebets River site and the start of fighting for the settlement itself*.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz deliberately concealed details of the terrorist attack on the Nord Streams since last fall, American journalist Seymour Hersh said in a new article. According to the investigator, he has no precise information about whether Scholz knew about the preparations for the sabotage in advance.

◽️In Kupyansk direction, aviation and artillery of the 'Zapad' Group of Forces have engaged the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine close to Artyomovka (Lugansk People's Republic), Dvurechnaya and Berestovoye (Kharkov region).

💥The enemy's losses in this direction during the day amounted to 70 Ukrainian troops, one infantry fighting vehicle, two pickup trucks, one Grad MLRS vehicle, and one U.S.-made M777 artillery system.

💥As many as 50 Ukrainian servicemen, one pick-up truck, three motor vehicles, and D-20 and D-30 howitzers were neutralised in these directions during the day.

◽️In Kherson direction, over 15 Ukrainian servicemen, five motor vehicles have been neutralised by fire.

💥Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have hit 76 AFU artillery units at their firing positions, enemy's manpower, and hardware in 114 areas during the day.

◽️In addition, a fuel depot for military hardware of the 65th Territorial Defence Brigade was destroyed near Zaliznichnoye in (Zaporozhye region).
