🔹 North of #Avdeyevka, Russian units developed success near #Krasnogorovka and broke the AFU defence near the railway line. The RF Armed Forces are now entrenched on the eastern outskirts of #Petrovskoye (#Stepovoye), where fierce fighting is taking place.

▪️ The AFU is urgently strengthening the forward positions with reinforcements. Reinforcements, supported by several tanks, have been moved from the #Berdychi area in the direction of #Petrovskoye.

🔹Northeast of #Avdeyevka, Russian fighters have entered #Kamenka, for which intense fighting has been taking place over the past few days. Fighting continues inside the settlement.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Battle for #Bakhmut - Situation until the End of 20 Mar 2023⚡️

🔹Northwest of #Bakhmut, there are fights near #Khromovo, where Russian units have advanced close to the road to Chasov Yar. Ukrainian artillerymen are conducting a massive shelling of #Khromovo's outskirts.

▪️ North of #Bogdanovka, assault squads occupied part of the hill.

🔹 In #Bakhmut, the storming of Ukrainian positions by Wagner PMC squads continues. The head of the private military company, Yevgeny Prigozhin, said that more than 70 percent of the settlement had already been liberated.

▪️ In the north of the city, Russian units established control over the territory of the "Fantasia" nursery and construction depot, reaching Alexandra Kolpakova Avenue in the process.

▪️ In the southern outskirts, the "Wagnerians" are engaged in fierce fighting near the Avangard stadium. The AFU, using combined units from various formations, are trying to retake the lost positions.

▪️ In the Sobachevo district, assault squads successfully dislodged AFU formations from several blocks. "Wagnerians" almost reached Mariupolskaya Street in one of the areas.

🔹Southwest of #Bakhmut, positional fighting continues near the highway to #Konstantinovka. Control over the stretch is changing hands. The "Wagnerians", supported by artillery and aviation, conduct regular sorties to enemy strongholds, restraining the AFU's capabilities.

📌 Despite the difficult situation, the AFU is preparing a counteroffensive for 24 March in the #Bakhmut area. Significant reinforcements have been transferred from #Kiev, #Sumy, #Kharkov and #Chernigov to the ChasovYar - #Konstantinovka line.

By the revitalisation of #Bakhmut, the Ukrainian authorities intend to demonstrate to Western countries the readiness of the AFU for the spring and summer campaign and persuade them to speed up deliveries of military equipment.

⚔️ Situation on the Fronts for the past Day

🔹#Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) Sector:

➖ Fighters of the Wagner PMC 👉 continue to advance towards #Bogdanovka and Orekhovo-Vasilyevka.
➖ "Orchestrants" control 70% of the territory of #Artyomovsk, there are battles in the centre of the city.
➖ Our forces also control a large part of the AZOM plant.
➖ In addition, the offensive on #Grigorovka continues.

🔹#Donetsk Direction:

📌 The Russian army liberated #Petrovskoye, thereby cutting off the railroad supply routes of the militants in #Avdeyevka. The city can be said to be covered from the north.

💡 Our Fighters captured wounded militants, but despite endless shooting, provided first aid to Ukrainians right under fire. Although the detention was not mild, the Russian soldiers complied with all the requirements of the Geneva Convention, which certainly cannot be said about the Nazis from the AFU.
