◾The American Service-Members' Protection Act (ASPA, Title 2 of Pub. L. 107–206 (text) (PDF), H.R. 4775, 116 Stat. 820, enacted August 2, 2002), known informally as the Hague Invasion Act, is a United States federal law described as "a bill to protect United States military personnel and other elected and appointed officials of the United States government against criminal prosecution by an international criminal court to which the United States is not party."[1] The text of the Act has been codified as subchapter II of chapter 81 of title 22, United States Code. Thirty Democrats and 45 Republicans voted to pass the bill. Among those who supported the bill were Hillary Clinton, Chuck Schumer, and Dianne Feinstein.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Russian Defence Ministry Report on the Progress of the Special Military Operation (18 March 2023)⚡️

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.

◽️ In Kupyansk direction, artillery of the 'Zapad' Group of Forces inflicted fire damage on the enemy close to Dvurechnaya, Sinkovka, Kotlyarovka (Kharkov region), and Stelmakhovka (Lugansk People's Republic).

💥 Up to 60 Ukrainian troops and three motor vehicles have been neutralised.

◽️ In Krasny Liman direction, Operational-Tactical aviation, artillery, and heavy flamethrower systems of the 'Tsentr' Group of Forces engaged the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) close to Nevskoye, Chervonaya Dibrova (Lugansk People's Republic), Yampolovka and Grigorovka (Donetsk People's Republic).

💥 In this direction, the enemy has suffered losses of over 100 Ukrainian troops, two armoured fighting vehicles, and one Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer during the day.

◽️ In Donetsk direction, the 'Yug' Group of Forces, aviation, and artillery have eliminated up to 120 Ukrainian troops, two armoured fighting vehicles, two motor vehicles, two Uragan MLRS vehicles, and one D-30 howitzer.

◽️ In South Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, Operational-Tactical Aviation and artillery of the 'Vostok' Group of Forces carried out attack against AFU units in the areas of Ugledar (Donetsk People's Republic), Levadnoye, and Orekhov (Zaporozhye region).

💥 In these directions, the enemy has lost up to 50 Ukrainian troops and two pick-up trucks.

◽️ In Kherson direction, over 25 Ukrainian servicemen, four motor vehicles, and two D-30 howitzers have been neutralised by fire.

💥 Operational-Tactical and Army aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Group of Troops (Forces) of the Russian Armed Forces inflicted fire damage on 89 artillery units on firing positions, manpower, and hardware in 107 areas.

💥 A command post of the 110th Mechanised Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was eliminated close to Tonenkoye (Donetsk People's Republic).

💥 Air defence systems have intercepted 15 HIMARS, Smerch, and Uragan projectiles during the day.

💥 Moreover, nine Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles have been shot down Novaya Tarasovka (Kharkov region), Rubezhnoye, Chervonopopovka (Lugansk People's Republic), Staromayorskoye, Vladimirovka, Egorovka, and Valeryanovka (Donetsk People's Republic).

🔹1. Fighting Continues in the area of Orekhovo-Vasilyevka, #Khromovo, #Bogdanovka. The settlements have not yet been taken.

🔹2. There is an Accumulation of enemy forces near #Konstantinovka, Ray-Alexandrovka and Chasov Yar. Enemy counterstrikes are likely to intensify in order to stabilize the situation.

🔹3. In the City centre, fights are shifting towards the Artyomovsk administration building, which is just over 1/2 a kilometre away. Fighting has also begun in the stadium area.

🎯 After an extremely successful overnight session of "geraning", the Russian army continues to work its way behind enemy lines. There have been strikes on a mercenary base in #Zaporozhye. Members of the "Foreign Legion" lived in a restaurant complex, where they eventually met with a buffet in the form of Russian shells. There were also strikes on AFU positions in #Kramatorsk and #Konstantinovka.

⚔️ Situation on the Fronts for the past Day

🔹#Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) Sector:

➖ Wagner PMC fighters continue to advance in the direction of #Grigorovka.
