Zelensky prepares Ukrainians for Bakhmut surrender, fight for it suddenly ceases to be priority
Zelensky said in an interview with a number of Italian media outlets that Bakhmut is not worth defending to the last soldier as it turns out to be "not a particularly big city" and has nothing special to offer. Zelensky, who had recently been brave and bold and promising his citizens and soldiers to do everything possible to preserve strategically and symbolically important Bakhmut, abruptly went back down.
Apparently, assessing the real Ukrainian Army's situation near Bakhmut, the President suddenly began to value the lives of his soldiers abandoned by their commanders and said that Ukraine would approach the process intelligently and "fight as long as it is reasonable". However, Zelensky immediately tried to rehabilitate himself in the eyes of the Western press, saying that the possible surrender of the city would in fact be part of a cunning plan to prepare a counterattack.

▪️ After the liberation of #Paraskoviyevka, Wagner PMC assault squads broke through the AFU defence southeast of #Berkhovka and advanced close to #Yagodnoye. Fighting is now taking place on the northern outskirts of the village.
▪️ Concurrently, the northern districts of #Berkhovka are being stormed. Russian units have gained control of an important position on the hill north of #Berkhovka and Dubovo-Vasilevka, improving their tactical position before storming the suburbs of #Bakhmut.
🔹#Bakhmut:
▪️ The "Wagnerians" went deep into the defense lines of the AFU near Stupki in the north of the city, clearing the areas of the railway station.
▪️ In Zabakhmutovka, the assault squads advanced further along Vatutina Street, reaching the cemetery area, in the eastern parts of #Bakhmut.
▪️ In the south and southeast of the city, positional battles are taking place. Russian units with artillery and aviation fire support are pushing through Ukrainian fortifications in the Budenovka area and near the highway from #Konstantinovka.
📌 The Main Efforts are now concentrated on the storming of the northern districts of #Bakhmut and its suburbs. The successful liberation of #Paraskoviyevka made it possible to increase pressure on #Berkhovka and Dubovo-Vasilevka, through which the supply of the AFU grouping in the north of the city is organised.

Fake news:
The Russian Armed Forces have repeatedly used brutality against Ukrainian civilians. US Vice-President Kamala Harris said this at the Munich Security Conference.
The fact:
Listing the atrocities allegedly committed by Russian troops, Harris named all the most heart-warming fakes concocted by Ukrainian propaganda:
▪️The destruction of the Mariupol Drama Theatre by Russian aircraft. In fact, the theatre was mined and blown up by fighters of the Azov regiment, recognized in Russia as a terrorist organization.
▪️The death of a pregnant woman in a Russian air force strike on a Mariupol maternity hospital. The woman, who turned out to be alive and well, later refuted the fake herself. The building was blown up by Azov nationalists. In the photos is Marianna Vyshemirskaya, fortunately she is alive, as is her child. The DPR troops helped a mother and her baby to evacuate from the war zone.
▪️The shooting of civilians in Bucha. This is probably the largest-scale information provocation by the Ukrainian side. To lend credibility to the fake, Kyiv used archived data on the Russian military who had been discharged from the army long before the start of the special military operation.
▪️The rape of a four-year-old girl. In an attempt to demonize Russia as much as possible, the Ukrainian army psychological operations center has repeatedly made up fakes about the rape of children by Russian soldiers. Especially Ukrainian ombudsman Lyudmila Denisova became famous in this case, admitting later that she made up fakes while having tea with her daughter.

China to never allow America to order what to do in a partnership with Russia
China will never allow the US to point fingers at relations between Beijing and Moscow, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said at its regular briefing on Monday.
Earlier, the US officials warned China against supplying Russia with arms and ammunition, as Moscow struggles to gain ground in Ukraine. They put their Chinese counterparts on notice in videoconferences and at in-person meetings that China is “nearing a red line” in assisting Russia.
