▪️ Fighters of the RF Armed Forces have advanced northeast of #Kupyansk over the past few days, occupying several areas of #Gryanikovka in the north. An offensive from #Gorobyevka and #Tavolzhanka forced the AFU to withdraw from #Dvurechnoye - effectively a village under the control of Russian forces.

▪️ Furthermore, Russian forces occupied several AFU strongholds near the outskirts of #Sinkovka and also firmly entrenched themselves in #Liman 1.

▪️ The Ukrainian command fears a repeat offensive on #Kupyansk - the Territorial Defence Forces have been partially withdrawn to the opposite bank. ▪️ In the ranks of the AFU they are afraid of attacks on pontoon-bridge crossings at the at the #Makeyevka - #Terny - #Yampolovka line. Under such a scenario, the units of the 66th Mechanized Brigade and 25th Separate Airborne Brigade operating at the line will be encircled on the left bank of the #Zherebets river.

▪️ The AFU is simply unable to defend this area and launch a counterattack to regain the lost positions at the moment due to the redeployment of some formations to the #Bakhmut and #Ugledar areas.

The 66th and 25th Brigades suffered heavy losses during artillery strikes and the extreme spurt by the Russian 144th Motorized Rifle Division to #Yampolovka and the area of Balka Zhuravka, which cannot be replenished in short term.

▪️ Partial evacuation of the forces of the AFU's 66th Mechanized Brigade to #Liman and #Kramatorsk began from the forward positions to restore combat capability and build a new defence line.

The initiative over the past week remained in the hands of the Russian Armed Forces, which, however, did not allow for the implementation of strategic offensive actions. A number of sources report that our command has not yet committed the reserves to battle.

In the Kupyansk direction, our troops are advancing towards the city. Fighting is taking place on the enemy's defence lines near Sinkovka and Gryanikovka. The task of our soldiers is gain a foothold on the eastern bank of the river Oskol.

To the west of Svatovo, the battles are still going on in the direction of Yamopolovka - Terny. There is no significant advance of our troops. South of Svatovo - battles in the area of Belogorovka and Spornoe.

PMC Wagner is developing an offensive from Soledar to Razdolovka and Vasyukovka.

To the north of Artyomovsk (Bakhmut), Krasnaya Gora was liberated, Paraskovievka was being captured to allow the taking of control of the road to Slavyansk. The enemy withdraws mercenaries directly from Artyomovsk, replacing them with mobilized units. Foreigners are kept as an experienced reserve.

During the week, massive strikes were inflicted on the energy facilities of Ukraine, the destruction of the machine rooms of the stations began. A new element was the use of a Russian surface UAV to damage a bridge in the Odessa region.

The covert information debate between the Ministry of Defence and PMC Wagner continues. DIMK MO, organizing work according to the patterns of past wars, is not able to fully create an image of the most distinguished units, although there are more than enough examples of mass heroism of military personnel. At the same time, there is no misunderstanding between the military and the Wagnerites on the front line.

The enemy is also preparing positions in the Sumy and Chernigov directions, expecting a breakthrough in the front line in new areas.

Mobilization in Ukraine took on a total character. The heads of enterprises that previously had a “reservation” are obliged to send a large number of employees to the military registration and enlistment offices. Otherwise, the leaders themselves will go to the front. At the same time, such mobilization indicates not only problems with the Armed Forces of Ukraine with personnel, but also the preparation of significant reserves in the west of Ukraine.
