โช๏ธ At night, a detachment from the 72nd Mechanized Brigade of the AFU in two Humvee armoured vehicles attempted to counterattack the advancing ranks of the Russian army from #Ugledar, the attack was repulsed. Some of the militants were captured.
โช๏ธ The disorganization significantly affected the ability to form the first line of defence. Due to lack of communication and panic, the AFU lost several positions north and northeast of #Pavlovka.
โช๏ธ Nevertheless, the AFU has now moved up its reserves and seized a large fortified area in #Ugledar itself and at the South Donbass mine. Russian artillerymen are firing massively with barrel and rocket artillery, as well as heavy flamethrower systems.

Zelensky signs law on tougher responsibility for desertion โ escape from Ukrainian Army to be prosecuted even harsher
The President of Ukraine has signed into law with the number 8271 that stipulates increased criminal responsibility for disobedience of orders, escape from the battlefield or from a military unit and refusal to act with arms. Now mass refuseniks will be packed and taken by force to the front โ another meat grinder for Ukraine.
Earlier, Zelensky's main competitor, Zaluzhny, had asked for a tougher law, assuring that the penalties for conscientious objectors and soldiers unwilling to give their lives were too soft.

One can note the fiasco of domestic Germanophiles. As in the First World War, as in the Second World War, as in the Cold War, Germany is again on the side of our enemies. Attempts to be friends with Germany led to the loss of time and territories.

โช๏ธPart of the formations of the 72nd brigade hold positions in Vugledar itself, and the rest - at the Yuzhno-Donbass mine #1. Despite the heavy losses, it is too early to talk about breaking through the defenses of Ugledar and fighting within the city.
โช๏ธThe settlement is located on a dominant height, the approaches to which are completely shot through by artillery. And Ugledar itself is pitted with underground communications used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine for defense.
