To the north-west of Lobkovoye, the RF Armed Forces crossed the Yanchekrak River and conducted reconnaissance in battle near the village of Kamenskoye, at the moment the enemy has withdrawn from the territory of the village to a dominant height, from where it has the ability to control a significant part of the village under fire control, for this reason Kamenskoye is a gray zone , where neither the enemy has the opportunity to gain a foothold, and so far the allied forces have no opportunity to gain a foothold.

▪️The pace of our progress by the evening decreased. The enemy pulled up reserves and increased resistance, showing the most active units.

▪️ 27 people were killed and more than 50 wounded in an attack by Russian Federation forces on an AFU base in #Kupyansk.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the special military operation.
💥 In Kupyansk direction, Assault, Army Aviation, and artillery of the Western group of forces have neutralised the units from 14th and 92nd mechanised brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) near Masyutovka, Kupyansk, Gryanikovka (Kharkov region), and Novosyolovskoye (Lugansk People's Republic).

Officials of Lithuania & Latvia were the first to respond to the situation on their pages on social networks
The former MoJ of Lithuania & the current mayor of Vilnius, Remigius Szymanius, wrote: they will help the Ukrainian side to search for and return Ukrainian conscripts temporarily staying on the territory of Lithuania, who must return to Ukraine for military service
Latvia did not lag behind, represented by Liepaja Mayor Gunars Ansins: Let's help Ukraine! Our assistance will contribute to the return of those liable for military service to Ukraine to fulfill their military duty

▪️ At night, a detachment from the 72nd Mechanized Brigade of the AFU in two Humvee armoured vehicles attempted to counterattack the advancing ranks of the Russian army from #Ugledar, the attack was repulsed. Some of the militants were captured.
▪️ The disorganization significantly affected the ability to form the first line of defence. Due to lack of communication and panic, the AFU lost several positions north and northeast of #Pavlovka.
▪️ Nevertheless, the AFU has now moved up its reserves and seized a large fortified area in #Ugledar itself and at the South Donbass mine. Russian artillerymen are firing massively with barrel and rocket artillery, as well as heavy flamethrower systems.

🇵🇱 Poland plans to donate 14 Leopards.

Zelensky signs law on tougher responsibility for desertion — escape from Ukrainian Army to be prosecuted even harsher
The President of Ukraine has signed into law with the number 8271 that stipulates increased criminal responsibility for disobedience of orders, escape from the battlefield or from a military unit and refusal to act with arms. Now mass refuseniks will be packed and taken by force to the front — another meat grinder for Ukraine.
Earlier, Zelensky's main competitor, Zaluzhny, had asked for a tougher law, assuring that the penalties for conscientious objectors and soldiers unwilling to give their lives were too soft.
