▪️ A relative lull has set in after yesterday's successful Russian advance.

▪️ Soldiers of the RF Armed Forces are conducting a positional offensive and consolidating their position in the liberated areas through the combined use of artillery and military reconnaissance.

▪️ Two fire positions of the 152-mm Akatsiya SAUs near #Orekhov and three strongholds in #Novodanilovka, #Novoandreyevka and #Preobrazhenka have been identified and hit today.

▪️ A Ukrainian SRG of 20 men attempted to break through the advancing ranks of the Russian army. A precise artillery strike destroyed the group.

▪️ Meanwhile, AFU units on the frontline are preparing for the resumption of the assault. The commands of the AFU's 65th Mechanized Brigade and 124th Territorial Defence Brigade have declared full combat readiness in #Stepovoye and #Omelnik.

📌 Russian units are currently clearing the settlements of the remnants of the Ukrainian formations. At the same time, artillerymen are conducting active counter-battery warfare, striking enemy fire positions and creating a bridgehead for further offensive.

🏵 The Russian Army is still actively advancing in the #Zaporozhye direction, the front has been pressed to a depth of 7km. At the moment our advance in three directions on the #Orekhov section. On the west side there is fighting for #Novoandreyevka and #Shcherbaki, on the east for #Belogorye and Malaya Tokmachka, on the southeast there is fighting for #Novodanilovka, which is only 6.5 km from #Orekhov. A defensive breakthrough here will allow the RF Armed Forces to develop an offensive in several directions at once, literally cutting the AFU grouping into two parts.

⚔️ The Situation on the Fronts for the past Day

♦️#Svatovo - #Kremennaya Direction:

Aircraft and artillery of the Western Military District have targeted militants of the Territorial Defence in the #Berestovoye area of the #Kharkov region. An AFU depot was also destroyed in the #Olshana area in the #Kharkov region. In addition, artillerymen of the Central Military District covered an AFU brigade near #Torskoye and #Terny.

♦️#Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) Direction:

Fighters of the Wagner PMC liberated #Krasnopolye, located north of #Soledar, on the railway line in the direction of #Seversk. The capture of the village allows to continue the offensive in the direction of #Razdolovka.

💥 According to the Ministry of Defence, the Russian Aerospace Forces shot down a Ukrainian Su-24 in the #Vladimirovka region of the DPR. An Mi-8 of the Ukrainian Air Force was also shot down by air defence near #Lozova, #Kharkov region.

💡Today, the head of the #Sumy regional administration announced the activity of our SRG in the vicinity of #Yunakovka village. The event is unique in that it is the first appearance of the Russian army on the territory of the oblast since the beginning of April. (See on the map under number 1)
