Residential building in Dnipro was attacked by a Russian Kh-22 (X-22) missile. The proof is a dashcam video, write Telegram channels of Ukraine.
The fact:
The video confirms - the entrance of the house was destroyed by a Ukrainian air defence missile.
First of all, the speed of the object falling on the video does not correspond to the X-22 missile. The car was 820 meters in a straight line from the destroyed porch and 400 meters from the 28-storey building (address: 1B Heroes Avenue), which is taken as a reference point. Its height is approximately 84 metres.
In the framing of a video shot at 25 frames per second, there are 13 or 14 frames between the moment the missile appears and the explosion. So, the missile is seen for 0.52-0.56 seconds and is moving at a speed of no more than 350-380 m/s.
This speed does not correspond to the specifications of the X-22 missile, which is moving no slower than 1000 m/s, even with the engines turned off. But it is OK for a free-fall speed.
Secondly, the X-22 reaches its target at an angle. When approaching the target, the thrusters are switched off and the missile begins to dive at an angle of 30 degrees. The video shows a different picture.
This is a falling or veering S-300 missile that has not had its self-destruct kill switch activated. After it fell on a residential building, there was a gas detonation, as we wrote about earlier.
And finally, thirdly: the resigned today adviser to the Ukrainian president's office, Oleksiy Arestovych, said on the day of the tragedy that it was caused by a Ukrainian air defence, and that he received the info from a source close to the AFU. The notorious official got PR-damage, then tried to disavow his public statements, but left when he failed to do so.

If on topic, the latest incoming data indicate the use of not only NATO aviation to track the performance of enemy UAVs, but also satellite constellations of Western countries.
The positioning of the UAVs themselves is achieved through the use of trackers of the geostationary satellite constellation in the service of the Pentagon, as well as through optical satellite reconnaissance.
Many frontline soldiers have noticed that on the wings, head and tail of downed enemy UAVs, a dark sign in the form of a "+" is applied on top.

According to Euroactiv, citing a survey by Euroskopia, 48% of residents of the EU countries supported this option. 💥 In Donetsk direction, volunteers of assault detachments, supported by Operational-Tactical and Army Aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Southern Military District, have liberated Sol (Donetsk People's Republic). Up to 90 Ukrainian personnel, three armoured fighting vehicles, four motor vehicles, one Msta-B howitzer, and one Grad multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS) have been eliminated.
💥 Operational-Tactical Aviation, Missile Troops and Artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have neutralised 76 AFU artillery units at their firing positions, manpower and hardware in 103 areas.
💥 Air defence facilities have shot down seven Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles near Krivosheyevka, Kremennaya, Chervonopopovka, and Krasnorechenskoye (Lugansk People's Republic), and intercepted one rocket launched by Olkha MLRS near Vladimirovka (Donetsk People's Republic).

🔥 On the eve of the Epiphany holiday, a tragedy occurred in #Brovary, #Kiev region - a helicopter belonging to the Ministry of Emergency Situations crashed onto the territory of a kindergarten, carrying the entire top brass of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry, headed by Minister Monastyrsky. All those on board died, as well as ordinary civilians who were unlucky enough to be on the crash site, among them three small children. All day long there has been speculation and conjecture, including conspiracy theories, about a redistribution of power and a contract killing. There is only no doubt that today those Ukrainians, who were wildly rejoicing at the plane that fell on a residential building in #Yeysk, felt on their own skin how close it is.

As we learned today directly from the field, the enemy broke the protracted lull the day before and began to probe our defences with the aim of a possible offensive. In response an airstrike was launched on a cluster of the enemy's manpower, where the enemy sustained heavy losses. Positional battles are being fought, and artillery is regularly employed to cut off the attempts of the AFU to move into attacks.
♦️#Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) Direction:
From #Soledar the front spreads out in two directions - #Seversk and #Artyomovsk itself. Towards #Seversk an offensive is underway from #Yakovlevka to #Krasnopolye, as well as towards #Razdolovka. Near #Artyomovsk an offensive to #Blagodatnoye is underway, storming actions continue against #Paraskovievka, Krasnaya Gora, #Kleschievka and within the city limits - from the east, southeast and south.
☠️ As it became known today, the notorious 128th Mountain Assault Brigade of the AFU, known for #Kherson and #Soledar, experienced a force majeure - they advanced from #Razdolovka and #Vasyukovka for reconnaissance purposes and were spotted by an RF Armed Forces Orlan-30 drone, came under artillery fire, and while rushing back they encountered their own men but did not recognise each other and opened a "friendly fire". Of the 120 men who went out on a reconnaissance mission, at least 50 died at the hands of their brothers in arms.

From #Soledar the front spreads out in two directions - #Seversk and #Artyomovsk itself. Towards #Seversk an offensive is underway from #Yakovlevka to #Krasnopolye, as well as towards #Razdolovka. Near #Artyomovsk an offensive to #Blagodatnoye is underway, storming actions continue against #Paraskovievka, Krasnaya Gora, #Kleschievka and within the city limits - from the east, southeast and south.
☠️ As it became known today, the notorious 128th Mountain Assault Brigade of the AFU, known for #Kherson and #Soledar, experienced a force majeure - they advanced from #Razdolovka and #Vasyukovka for reconnaissance purposes and were spotted by an RF Armed Forces Orlan-30 drone, came under artillery fire, and while rushing back they encountered their own men but did not recognise each other and opened a "friendly fire". Of the 120 men who went out on a reconnaissance mission, at least 50 died at the hands of their brothers in arms.

🔹According to our data, there has been a significant increase in refusals to carry out combat missions in the ranks of the AFU. These are not individual refusals. Entire units are sabotaging command orders.
🔹A total of about 150 refuseniks were counted in the AFU grouping near #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) in three days.
🔹In the 36th Marines Brigade in the #Avdeyevka direction, the remnants of one of the companies - 28 men - refused to hold the defense and voluntarily left their positions.
🔹An analysis carried out by the AFU General Staff showed that most of the refuseniks were from those mobilized over the past two months. And this is to be expected.
➖ Most of the highly motivated Ukrainian citizens were mobilized in the first waves. Now they are being recruited from those who have been hiding all this time, as well as those caught at the Polish border when attempting to cross it illegally.
➖ Once at the hottest parts of the front, they often flee their positions without offering serious resistance.
