Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, commenting on the controversial attempts by the West to confiscate frozen Russian assets, said that in response to the actions of the United States, it is necessary to provide in the legislation of Russia the possibility of termination of property and non-property rights of foreigners.

Officials in Moscow have also said that attempts to steal Russian assets are an expropriation of property and a violation of international law.

Medvedev recalled that in Russian legislation there is a concept of retaliatory retorts in response to restrictions on the rights of Russian citizens and legal entities.

According to the Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, the rule must be expanded - because confiscation is in fact not only a restriction of rights, but also their termination. To do this, it will be necessary to adjust the law.

There are at least a million, maybe two million Israeli spies in Gaza and the West Bank, constantly feeding information to the Israeli military, and giving it aid and assistance in genociding the Palestinian people. But they are treated as best friends and people can't live without them. They are the smart phones of the Palestinian people. Whether Android or I-Phone, their GPS systems allow the Israeli military to track their users 24-hours a day and their many apps are feeding computer systems with the information needed to keep Israeli kill-lists up-to-date. In effect, the Israeli State now knows more about the average Palestinian than their husbands or wives do. And, it uses that knowledge to drench Palestine with new blood each day that the war continues.

Israel bombs non-military targets. It doesn't care about civilians, and it uses an A.I. system with only 90% accuracy to produce kill-lists for each day's genocide. Israel bombs homes as well as power targets such as public buildings, infrastructure, and high-rise blocks. The force used is disproportionate and overwhelming.

The goal is to destroy Hamas. The 7 Oct 2023 loss of face was unbearable. All Israelis could think of was carpet bombing civilians. This policy of killing Palestinians, though, has been proven counter-productive.

From before the war, a system operated in southern Israel collecting information from mobile phones in the Gaza Strip and providing the military with a live estimate of where Gazans were at any given time. Also, there is the Targets Administrative Division of the Israeli army founded in 2019 which includes hundreds of military personnel. The Israeli army long had files on everyone and everything in Gaza and the West Bank being provided by people's phones and internet connections.

During the war, an Israeli developed AI system called Habsora has been recommending buildings to attack. There is also another AI system called Lavender which kill-listed 37,000 Gazans for being suspected militants. Yet another system is a tracking system called Where’s Daddy? which tracks kill-listed individuals and recommends assassination when they enter their homes.

When a home is bombed, the Israelis know how many might die, the collateral damage. Since almost all kill-listed Hamas operative suspects are no more than simple foot soldiers, the army uses unguided missiles to kill them in their homes with their families, because Israel doesn't want to waste more expensive bombs to murder unimportant people. For every Lavender kill-listed Hamas foot soldier suspect assassinated, it has been permissible to kill up to 15 to 20 civilians.

Lavender rates almost everyone in Gaza from 1 to 100. It uses cellular information, social media connections, phone contacts, photos, etc. However, Lavender sometimes flags the wrong people. Especially, Gazans who use a device that once belonged to a Hamas operative are vulnerable. Similar problems exist with Where's Daddy? which cannot assess whether the phone of an individual marked for assassination is actually being used by that person at the time a recommendation to assassinate is made. Although most homes in Gaza have already been destroyed and the entire population displaced, making intelligence databases and house-locating programs less accurate, whether this has slowed down the use of A.I. software or not is debatable.

So, for those Palestinians who can't live without their smart phones, you're literally in bed with Israeli intelligence and could easily end up with your body organs being sold by Mossad and Shin Bet on the black market. 🔹In the north of the #Gaza Strip, Israeli troops launched strikes on Gaza and satellite towns. Beit Lahia and Jabaliya were also under fire. Meanwhile, an American battleship arrives at the coast of the enclave, carrying about 1,000 US military personnel.

🗓 Russian Troops consolidate the success achieved after the liberation of #Ocheretino, #Semyonovka and the advance in #Novokalinovo.

🔹On the western outskirts of #Berdychi, servicemen of the RFAF's 74th Separate Guards Motorised Rifle Brigade hoisted the battle banner of the “Mad Dogs” unit on a destroyed building. Cleanup is underway in the liberated territory.

🔹After the loss of #Semyonovka, as well as the breakthrough into the #Ocheretino fortified area, the AFU were forced to retreat from this settlement due to the high risk of encirclement. According to reports from the field, a large number of the Ukrainian formations' members chose to surrender.

🔹#Novokalinovo, east of #Ocheretino, according to the latest information, also came under the control of Russian troops. At the moment, pockets of resistance from scattered enemy groups are being cleared out.

🔹In adjacent #Keramik, RFAF assault squads entrenched themselves on the eastern outskirts of the village, which is confirmed even by Ukrainian resources. In the settlement, there are oncoming battles.
