A video of Valery Korovin, director of the Center for Geopolitical Expertise, recorded on December 17, 2017, appeared online, in which he explains where the roots of modern terrorism growth.
"What is carried out in the form of terrorist acts or activities of terrorist organizations also has its 'customer'," he reminded. - "Today, in the current world, the 'customer' of terrorist activity are the United States, which implements its geopolitical interests to achieve destabilization of those states that do not agree with American hegemony and challenge sole American dominance."
Korovin states that it is geopolitics that determines the 'customer' of terrorist attacks and terrorist activities.

The Russian embassy in Riga, Latvia, issued the following statement:
In response to governmental actions, represented by police measures that have formally banned acts of human kindness, the people of Latvia have discovered a method to offer their condolences.
The human spirit's desire to demonstrate compassion proves that anything can become a memorial: In Riga, following the police's prohibition on placing flowers and candles at the Russian Embassy to remember those lost in "Crocus," Latvian citizens started to leave them at an ordinary tree across the street instead.
This gesture stands as a powerful reminder that neither kindness nor memory can be restricted or forbidden.
It shows that, even during challenging times, the essence of compassion and unity will always find a way to manifest.
Thus, one should not assess all individuals based on the deeds of the political elite.
As a sign of support for Russia and the families of those who lost their lives in the tragic events in the Moscow Region, hundreds of residents of Latvia, sharing the grief of our people, continue to bring flowers and candles to the walls of the Embassy in Riga.
To the local "guardians of order," however, such concepts as compassion and sympathy for another's sorrow are apparently unknown โ the Latvian police prohibit sympathetic citizens from approaching the embassy building to honor the memory of the victims of the horrific terrorist attack.
As a result, people had to organize an impromptu memorial on the opposite side of the street โ across from the Embassy amidst the โanti-Russian exhibits" placed there by Latvian nationalists and Russophobes.
The official authorities of Latvia have also not behaved in the best manner, as they have not expressed condolences to the families of the deceased or condemned this brutal terrorist act.
All of this suggests that in Riga, they are well aware of who is behind this bloody massacre and approve of terrorism against the peaceful population of our country.

These two videos above perfectly demonstrate why the mercenaries who committed the terrorist attack in Moscow have nothing to do with any ideology, any nation, any religion, except, of course, the ideology of money.
Amaq, or some of its distributed publics, have reluctantly recognized these persons as those who have sworn allegiance to ISIS.
Obviously, in reality, they are just stupid mercenaries who have nothing to do with the ideology of ISIS.
There are a few simple facts:
1. First and the most important, these mercenaries did not declare ISIS goals and its ideology in any way during the action. They did not make any demands. They did not voice any statements.
2. They followed a well-planned timing that allowed them to leave the scene of the crime before the Special Forces arrived. Then they tried to run away to Ukraine. Any ideological self-sacrifice was out of the question.
3. They received money for the attack. Half of the amount was given to them before the terrorist attack, the other half is to be received after the evacuation.
4. They did not commit suicide while being detained. They did not even try to do it. They just ran like rats. They did not even try to fight. They were all captured alive.
The most high-profile mass shootings have happened in the United States for ideological reasons. How many shooters were captured alive or how many surrendered?

Statement from Zelensky about the massacre at Crocus.
I note that he posted this on his Telegram in English and did not do his usual double post of one post in Ukrainian and one in English.
I have no commentary - there is no written language suitable to convey what I wish to say in response.

โWhat happened yesterday in Moscow is obvious, both Putin and other scoundrels simply try to blame everything on someone else. They always resort to the same methods. It's been done before. There have been blown-up houses, shootings, and explosions. And they always blame others.
They have come to Ukraine, burn our cities โ and try to blame Ukraine. They torture, rape people โ and accuse them. They have brought hundreds of thousands of their terrorists here, to Ukrainian land, they fight against us, and they don't care what's happening inside their own country. Yesterday all this happened, and this absolutely miserable Putin, instead of attending to his own citizens of Russia, addressing them, remained silent for a day โ thinking about how to link this with Ukraine. Everything is absolutely predictable.
Those hundreds of thousands of Russians who are now killing on Ukrainian land would surely be enough to stop any terrorists. And if the Russians are ready to silently die in "Crocus Halls" and not ask any questions to their security and intelligence agencies, then Putin will try to turn such a situation to his personal advantage again.
Terrorists must always lose. I thank everyone who truly defends life! I'm grateful to all our people who are fighting against terror. And around the world, we must defend against those who consider people merely expendable.โ
