One of the central events of the day was the first well-documented destruction of an #US American M142 HIMARS MLRS north of #Pokrovsk (#Krasnoarmeysk).
🔹In the #Avdeyevka direction, in the area of #Berdychi, the enemy, after transferring reinforcements, carries out counterattacks, forcing the RF Armed Forces to withdraw from some positions. At the same time, in this area, Russian troops knocked out another #US American M1 Abrams tank.
🔹In the #Donetsk direction, the RF Armed Forces are advancing on the southern outskirts of #Krasnogorovka: after taking the forest belt south of the railway, they established a foothold on the outskirts of Vatutina and Lermontov streets. In the area of #Pobeda, the RF Armed Forces advanced in forest belts west of the O0532 motorway towards #Georgiyevka.
🔹In the night of 4-5 March, the enemy carried out an attack with naval drones on the Crimean Bridge. During it, the patrol ship 'Sergey Kotov' received several holes and sank near #Feodosiya.

German Luftwaffe leak shows how proxy conflict in Ukraine risks having 'dire geopolitical consequences'
The leak of a conference call between German air force generals “nipped in the bud” plans for more missile shipments to Ukraine, Michael Maloof, a former senior security policy analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, told Sputnik.
"This revelation warns NATO countries that if they continue to participate [in the Ukraine conflict] in this way, they expose themselves to possible backlash," Maloof said.
The fact was vital, he added, because “it warns these countries that if they want to continue this war and use Ukraine as a proxy, it will only affect their economies, their industries and their people. And it could have dire geopolitical consequences.”
The “very sophisticated” Taurus long-range cruise missile system “requires the presence of your country's military personnel to operate it. That is why Chancellor Scholz said that he would rule out the export of such missiles, because this required the German army to operate them,” Maloof stressed.
"Hopefully, that message will reach other countries that co-produce" the missiles, the expert said.
As for talk of sending troops from NATO countries to fight in Ukraine, “if they do it bilaterally, these countries will no longer be able to seek protection under NATO Article 5,” Maloof warned. "And if that's the case, then you'll be alone."

🎯 At night, the Geran UAV attacked the AFU facilities in the #Odessa region. Once again, enemy air defences were operating from urban areas, which indicates the usual placement of military facilities among civilians.
🔹 In the #Kherson direction, there are battles in #Krynki, the enemy is trying to increase artillery and drone strikes on our positions in the forest and on the outskirts of the village. The RF Armed Forces have intensified work on targets in the area of Stanislav and the #Dnieper estuary.
🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the Russian Army concentrated its main efforts in the area of #Rabotino. Assault groups of our troops are operating in the area of the village centre near the school, replacing each other. The front, according to our servicemen, resembles a "layer cake" - the contact line is not static. The AFU are mining the area, pulling reserves and armored vehicles.
🔹 In the #Vremyevka sector, our troops destroy field ammunition depots and hit enemy positions.
🔹 To the north of #Maryinka, there are battles in #Krasnogorovka, to the west there are battles in #Georgiyevka with the task of making their way to #Kurakhovo, to the south there is a battle in #Novomikhaylovka.
🔹West of #Avdeyevka, in the area of #Berdychi, the third Abrams tank was destroyed (plus, a mine clearance vehicle based on this tank was destroyed earlier). The enemy conducts a maneuverable defence, but comes under fire from our troops when trying to counterattack with armored groups. There are fights in #Tonenkoye, at #Orlovka and #Semyonovka.
🔹In the #KrasnyLiman direction, the advance of our troops in the area of the #Terny settlement amounted to several hundred meters, enemy strongholds were taken.
💥 The border areas of the #Belgorod region are under daily attacks by the AFU. An airplane-type UAV was shot down in the Grayvoron urban district. In #Novopetrovka, Valuysky city district, a UAV dropped an explosive device on a passenger car. In Novaya Tavolzhanka, the AFU attacked by kamikaze drone a lorry carrying civilians, there were no casualties. In the Mukhin Farm of the Shebekinsky urban district, a powerline was damaged by AFU shelling.
💥 On the peaceful population of the #DPR, the enemy fired 62 shells. As a result of a kamikaze UAV attack on the Yasinovataya-Gorlovka motorway, a man born in 1980 was injured. In #Gorlovka, a boiler room operator, a woman born in 1972, was injured as a result of a Nazi artillery strike.

Despite the stubborn resistance of the AFU in #Krasnogorovka, our troops managed to ⚠️gain a foothold on the southern outskirts of the town. There is a similar situation in #Georgiyevka, where the RF Armed Forces are ⚠️advancing deep into the town. Fierce oncoming battles are taking place in #Berdychi and #Pobeda, and the AFU continue to bring in reserves there. Russian troops also managed to ⚠️advance in #Novomikhaylovka.
