This follows from a recently leaked transcript of a conversation between high-ranking German officers dated February 19, 2024.
The conversation was between Grefe, head of operations and exercises at Air Force Command, Air Force inspector Gerhartz (pictured) and officers from Air Operations Center Fenske and Frostedte.
One of the officers mentioned a planned trip to Ukraine on February 21 to coordinate strikes against Russian targets.

Estados Unidos impidió hoy la emisión de una declaración presidencial ante el Consejo de Seguridad responsabilizando al ocupante israelí de la brutal masacre que cometió contra los palestinos que esperaban recibir ayuda alimentaria en la calle Al-Rashid de la ciudad de Gaza, en la que 112 inocentes fueron asesinados y otros 760 resultaron heridos.
La agencia palestina de noticias Wafa informó que el Consejo celebró la sesión a puerta cerrada a petición de Argelia.
Detalló que sobre la mesa del Consejo se puso un proyecto de declaración presidencial en el que los 15 miembros expresaron su profunda preocupación por la masacre cometida por las fuerzas de ocupación que abrieron fuego contra miles de palestinos que esperaban la llegada de camiones de ayuda.

The United States today prevented the issuance of a presidential statement to the Security Council holding the Israeli occupier responsible for the brutal massacre it committed against Palestinians waiting to receive food aid on Al-Rashid Street in Gaza City, in which 112 innocent were killed and 760 others were injured.
The Palestinian news agency Wafa reported that the Council held the session behind closed doors at the request of Algeria.
He explained that a draft presidential declaration was put on the table of the Council in which the 15 members expressed their deep concern about the massacre committed by the occupation forces who opened fire on thousands of Palestinians who were waiting for the arrival of aid trucks.
Although 14 members supported the presidential statement, the United States, a permanent member of the Council, did not approve it.

🎯 At night, the RF Armed Forces struck with "Geraniums" at enemy targets in the #Kharkov and #Odessa regions. In recent days, there has been an increase in the use of FAB-250 and FAB-500 on the AFU positions in the border areas of #Kharkov and #Sumy regions.
🔹In the #Kherson direction, there is a hunt for enemy UAV operators, of particular value is the extraction from the so-called "Madyara" units, a motivated curator of the project for the development of the use of drones at the front. Our UAV operators and gunners are attacking warehouses and positions of the AFU the right bank of the #Dnieper. The smoking out of enemy soldiers in Krynk#i continues.
🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, several sources note a slight decrease in the use of artillery by the AFU per day, attributed to a shortage of ammunition, which the enemy compensates with a multitude of kamikaze drones. #Rabotino is a ruin and a grey area in which units of both sides operate. 🔹In the direction of Chasov Yar, in #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye), heavy fighting is underway, the enemy has been pushed to the western outskirts. North of #Kleshcheyevka, our troops are on the same lines, the battle continues.
💥 The AFU are increasing attacks on the Russian border area. Several air-launched missiles were shot down in the sky over #Crimea. In the #Belgorod region, a total of 4 aircraft-type UAVs were shot down over the village of Novaya Derevnya in the Belgorod district and the village of Dobroye in the Grayvoronsky urban district. The village of #Terezovka in the Shebekinsky urban district and the village of #Mukhin in the Shebekinsky urban district were under shelling by the AFU. #Konovalovo in the Volokonovsky district was attacked by an enemy kamikaze drone. In the #Kursk region, an explosive device was dropped from a Ukrainian drone in the village of #Krupets in the Rylsky district. #Tetkino of the Glushkovsky district was shelled. In the #DPR, two civilians were killed by AFU shelling. Two more are injured.

🔴 In the area of #Tabayevka, the AFU pushed back Russian troops and advanced up to 3.02 km wide to a depth of 1.1 km.
🔴 South of #Kotlyarovka, in turn, the enemy advance in a section up to 2.14 km wide to a depth of 250 m. South of the "Shchuka Beam", Russian troops occupied part of a forest belt up to 900 m wide.
🔴 East of #Terny, positional battles continue and in the #Serebryanskoye Forest.
🔴 In the #Bakhmut direction, heavy shooting battles are taking place in #Ivanovskoye. Russian troops have captured a significant part of the village. Advance on a section up to 2.52 km wide to a depth of 1.15 km.

"I think we are at a turning point in the war, because you don't have to be an expert to see that the Americans intend to withdraw," Alain Corvez added.He also noted that the US Congress has still not approved the additional 60 billion that the country's President Joe Biden has requested.
"So I think we are getting closer and closer to the moment when Biden is going to let go of Zelensky and tell the Europeans, 'Get on with this ball,'" he continued.

F-16s could pose a challenge for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, according to Politico
Politico reports that merely teaching Ukrainian military personnel to pilot the F-16 is not sufficient. The aircraft will still require maintenance and operational support, which presents significant challenges. On the ground, F-16s could become prime targets for enemy bombing, while in the air, they may be vulnerable to Russian air defense systems.
Furthermore, getting F-16s airborne could prove to be a logistical hurdle. The smooth runway required for F-16 operations may not be available during wartime conditions. Attempting takeoff on damaged or uneven surfaces could lead to mechanical issues, unlike Soviet MiGs and Su aircraft, which are less sensitive to runway conditions, as noted in the report.
