Musk demanded that Zelensky explain the arrest of a US citizen

"An American citizen is in prison n Ukraine after we sent over a $100 billion? Is there more to this story than simply criticizing Zelensky? If that’s all it is, then we have serious problem here," Musk wrote in X.

This is how the billionaire reacted to the statement by journalist Tucker Carlson that since July, American video blogger Gonzalo Lira has been tortured in a Ukrainian prison for criticizing Zelensky, and Biden does nothing about it.

◾At least 250 doctors, patients, and their family members are on the brink of starvation in northern Gaza after Israeli snipers laid siege to al-Awda hospital, shooting to kill anyone who tries to enter the building, leave it, or even anyone veering too close to a window.

A staff member inside al-Awda has given a first-hand account of the dire conditions inside the hospital, where people have enough food to last only a few days, and have nowhere to escape to.

"We are at al-Awda hospital in the northern area, and have been under siege for four days. No one can move or enter or leave the hospital."

The Israeli snipers surrounding the hospital have essentially turned the Palestinians inside into hostages until the hospital's food and water run out, he said, and are not just blockading all exits and entrances but are also shooting at anyone seen to move. Israeli tanks were within 50 to 70 metres of the hospital.

💸🛩 Ukraine has asked the West for 150 aircraft to replace Soviet-made equipment in the country's Armed Forces.

This was reported by the spokesman for the Ukrainian Air Force, Yuriy Ignat. According to him, the key combat aircraft to be provided to Ukraine will be US F-16 fighters.

Earlier, Ignat said that Ukraine would have enough F-16 fighters to carry out combat missions.

Apparently, Ukrainian authorities are going to move to the West on these F-16s after the defeat.

The political institutions of western societies are too opaque to be democratic. It's all a mirage where behind-the-scenes election fraud is rampant. The two party system is basically under the control of a Corporatocracy, no matter which of the two parties more fraudulently wins an election than the other! Elite Banks, the weapons-making industrial complex, giant oil companies, giant pharma, giant agro-business, and major Digital and Print media tycoons have everything under their thumb, yet, in their greed, their aim for ever more expansion of their wealth and power! Political faces, be it a Trump or a Biden, come and go, but the status quo remains to and fro uncontained!

In reality, in its present form, the neoliberal free market economy equates to more freedom for multinational corporate predatory crony capitalism of a relatively small Cabal of Bankster-led Corporate-run World Order designed to occupy and exploit the markets and resources of those areas of the world they perceive of as being weaker than the nations that make up the Collective West. The result, of course, is the "free-doom" of the exploited.

To understand the origins of this approach, one can dive into fragments of a speech called the ‘March of the Flag" by the American Senator from Indiana, Albert Beveridge, 1862-1927, who advocated US imperialism. In this speech delivered on September 16, 1898, Beveridge gave an outline of the main points of the foreign policy of Republican President William McKinley, points which were later continued by Theodore Roosevelt after McKinley's death. The speech, clearly, reflects the ideological basis of the expansionist foreign policy of the United States at the beginning of the 20th century, and gives every appearance of remaining to this day unchanged. All terms abundantly used in the American political vocabulary today, such as divine mission, prevailing interest, political proximity, geographical predestination, self-defense, and exceptionalism are to already be found in the speech of this narcissist racist senator over a century ago!!

Fran Shor, Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies, wrote about the Beveridge and the “March of the Flag” speech:

“The evangelical mission articulated by Beveridge is also evident in the Bush Doctrine, a doctrine premised on Bush's sense that 'Freedom is not America's gift to the world, but Providence's.' In a more secular mode, the neo-conservatives (Cheney, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Condoleeza Rice, et. al.) who formulated the policy to 'liberate' Iraq and establish a beachhead of 'democracy' in the Middle East(West Asia) have much in common with those who believed with President McKinley that the U.S. would be rescuing the savage Filipinos from barbarism. Of course, the arrogance endemic in both efforts to reshape a foreign culture in the image of the United States accounts for moral blindness, a blindness that led to massive slaughtering of Filipinos and is on that same tragic trajectory in Iraq.”

US 'exceptionalism' is another important theme in Albert Beveridge's speech, which states that American nation (evangelical Anglo-Saxon) is a chosen and superior nation. To quote directly from the speech:

“God has given his chosen people a glorious history, a heroic history filled with faith in our mission and in our future: the history of statesmen who spread the borders of our Republic to unexplored lands and wild territories; the history of soldiers who carried the banner through burning deserts and ridges of hostile mountains to the gates of the setting sun.”

Do present day Zionists, whether they belong to the Christian Civilization identifying evangelical political elites of the Collective West and its Judaic-identifying Israeli members share a common belief in 'Inferior Races', a 'Promised Land', and a 'Chosen People'?

🗣 It's vital to end the "hell on earth" in Gaza, said Philippe Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

Speaking at the Doha Forum, the UNRWA chief echoed calls for an Israeli ceasefire, saying it was vital to end the "hell on earth" in Gaza. According to him, the agency is on the verge of collapse.

"The dehumanization of the Palestinians has allowed the international community to come to terms with the ongoing Israeli attacks in Gaza," Lazzarini said. "By any description, this is definitely the worst situation I've ever seen."
