🗓 The 3rd Week of the reflection of the armed invasion of the AFU on the territory of the #Kursk region of the Russian Federation is coming to an end. The enemy is constrained by the fighting and suffering sensitive losses in men and equipment, but is trying to move forward, although previous breakthroughs by its combat reconnaissance units have been localised. Heavy high-intensity fighting is taking place simultaneously in a number of localities in the region, and the RFAF have pulled up reserves, including the 11th Separate Air Assault Brigade. Following the destruction of bridges in the Gshushkovsky district, the AFU is using HIMARS MLRSs to attack our river crossings, limiting the possibility of transporting civilians and hampering military logistics. The heads of Lgov and Korenevsky district have advised residents not to return until the situation stabilises, as the shelling of #Lgov confirms.

🔹The Enemy retains offensive potential in other directions as well. Thus, there is information about the enemy's plans to attack the #Bryansk region, the accumulation of the AFU in the #Kamenskoye direction of the #Zaporozhye front and the preparation of a landing operation on the spits in the #Kherson region. Apparently, the RFAF are succeeding in breaking the plans of the AFU by launching missile strikes on the concentration of enemy forces. Nevertheless, the enemy's strike on the ferry in the port of ‘Kavkaz’ cannot be called harmless either

🔹Military Airfields and oil depots remain the targets of enemy UAV strikes. At the same time, the AFU is testing new UAVs with jet engines. The channels of our military pilots express surprise at the insufficiency of measures taken to protect airfields, namely the small number of mobile air defence groups, which, like the enemy, could have levelled the threats from enemy drones while still in flight to the infrastructure of air units.

🔹The Russian Army is making serious progress in the #Pokrovsk direction, expanding a huge bulge near #Pokrovsk, which is about 10 kilometres away. The enemy is putting up fierce resistance, but is unable to stabilise the front and is losing several settlements at a time.

🔹In the #Toretsk (#Dzerzhinsk) agglomeration, the RFAF are penetrating deeper and deeper into the enemy's defences, and the liberation of #NyuYork (#Novgorodskoye) has become symbolic. The fortified area as a whole has been built by the enemy since 2014, and the Russian Army's advance in this direction is hampered by defensive structures and terrain features. The AFU in response to the successes of our troops hit the civilian population of #Donetsk and #Gorlovka.

📌 Thus, the Enemy's Actions are guided more by political than military expediency. The invasion of the #Kursk region, terrorist shelling of civilians and the enemy's upcoming assaults are aimed at demonstrating to the #West the readiness of the AFU to sacrifice personnel for the sake of receiving military-technical assistance from #NATO, occupying strategically important energy facilities and controlling trade routes (in the south the spits of the #Kherson region are necessary for navigation from the ports of #Nikolayev), destabilising the internal political situation in #Russia. At the same time, in the #Kursk direction the AFU continue to exploit the effect of our own slackness, which is being urgently corrected manually from the highest level.
