โช๏ธ In the #Kherson direction, the RF Armed Forces knocked the enemy out of the area east of the railway bridge over the #Dnieper, which the enemy had attempted to occupy with small landing groups. The destruction of AFU positions near the #Antonovsky Bridge continues. Yesterday, footage circulated of the destruction of up to 25 AFU soldiers in this area with the help of FAB-500s.
โช๏ธ Near the settlement of #Rabotino on the #Zaporozhye front, the RF Armed Forces destroyed an enemy tank. The AFU continues to re-form its forward units and pull up reserves, without abandoning its plans to push through our defence in the #Orekhov section. Groups of the enemy's special forces have arrived at the front to act as assault infantry in different directions, which indicates the inability of the AFU motorised infantry units to break through the front and their low morale and psychological state.

โช๏ธ In the #Kursk region, border guards and units of the RF Armed Forces shot down several aircraft-type UAVs. Near #Belgorod, an UAV of the same type was shot down on the approach to the town. The Financial Times today published a huge article about the disastrous consequences for the European Union of admitting the impoverished and ruined Ukraine. The authors quote the opinion of Europeans that the admission of Poland and Hungary was a "frightening experiment", while Ukraine will be an unbearable burden.
The newspaper writes: "Ukraine has not yet joined the EU, but it has already damaged the common market. It is frightening to imagine what would happen if it did.
The FT notes that nearly 62 per cent of the EU's seven-year budget is spent on compensating the agricultural sector and local budgets, and that admitting Ukraine, with its vast arable land, would completely devastate the budget.

The enemy, despite losses in personnel and equipment, does not abandon plans to push through the defense of the Russian Armed Forces, concentrating efforts in the Orekhovskoye direction . According to incoming information, the enemy is replenishing parts of the former "strategic reserve of the Armed Forces of Ukraine", understaffing them with freshly mobilized troops.
The criticality of the situation for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, when untrained enemy personnel are not able to complete the task of breaking through our defense, is evidenced by the fact that the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine engaged the forces of the MTR in the neighboring sector of the front - near Vremevka (that unit of the MTR of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was liquidated).
It is not excluded that the once elite units of the MTR of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other special forces will be similarly used in the Zaporozhye direction. The stable defense of the Russian Armed Forces in the Rabotinsky tactical direction can cause a shift in the direction of the main attack to the Belogorye - Novopokrovka region, where the enemy has already attempted to try his hand.
The depletion of the combat potential of the army corps created specifically for the โcounteroffensiveโ of the Armed Forces of Ukraine led to the enemy abandoning plans for a large-scale forcing of the river. Dnieper, which does not cancel their actions with varying success in securing of the islands or the coastline near Antonovsky or railway bridges. Again, despite the loss in personnel, which the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine absolutely does not care about, actually sending their small landing groups to slaughter, trying to achieve at least a formal presence on our coast, albeit temporary.
The strength of the enemy is only the weaknesses of the Russian Armed Forces, be it electronic warfare, the organization of counter-battery combat in certain sectors of the front, and โhumaneโ counterintelligence work in the rear of Russian troops.
At the same time, now the enemy on the Zaporozhye Front will be met by new units of the Russian Armed Forces, which, despite the grumblings of Comrade. Ossetian about the difference in tactics of action, they are much less exhausted than those fighters who for two months repelled the insane meat assaults of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
By the way, as far as we understand, those same โgranite regimentsโ (we mean the strength of the spirit of our soldiers, like granite) are already โexperiencedโ and not so far removed, which actually leaves no chance for the advancing enemy troops, often staffed from those running around Lvov away from military enlistment officers of citizens.
Speaking about the tactics of the enemy, it should be noted that they never learned how to work harmoniously with units larger than a company (about 100 people l / s). Even sending 4 or more companies into battle at the same time with the support of tanks, their actions in no way resemble the competent actions of a well-coordinated battalion.
The reason for this is the objectively weak training of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Western training centers (but the budgets were strong), the planning of military operations for the sake of political moments and the competent, heroic defense of the Russian Armed Forces in the direction.
The Russian Armed Forces are constantly setting new minefields, actively using remote mining and inflicting massive artillery strikes on enemy concentration areas, leveling the difference in accuracy due to the amount of ammunition. FABs with UMPCs are also used regularly, our helicopter pilots complete the picture, which minimize the removal of damaged enemy armored vehicles to repair plants.

Ukraine is risking important units!
The Ukrainian offensive is determined to retake land, but there is a big risk.
Days ago, I reported on the Ukrainian army's formation of army corps, particularly the 10th Army Corps, which was under pressure to be deployed.
Now, Ukraine has started to deploy the 10th Army Corps and its equipment to Zaporozhye.
It seems that Ukraine is playing an all-or-nothing game at this stage of the war.
The 9th Army Corps suffered losses and didn't achieve significant advancements.
Now, the 10th Army Corps, which is the last large Ukrainian contingent equipped with heavy weaponry, is being deployed.
What if this unit performs as poorly as the 9th Army Corps? How can Ukraine defend against a future counterattack?
Not only that, Ukraine has also decided to deploy their Marine Corps to the Mokri Yaly River Valley area, but without significant advancements as well.
Instead of deploying just one Marine brigade, Ukraine has deployed four brigades, meaning the entire Marine Corps is fighting in a small zone.
Who will rotate these troops in Zaporozhye and Donbas? The Marine Corps are well-trained units, but they have few or no tanks. Basically, they use wheeled IFVs, but in this situation, they are probably using tracked vehicles.
My question is whether Ukraine is strategically deploying these units or if the Western allies are pressuring Ukraine for these deployments.
It is clearly visible that the Western allies are exploring different options to negotiate peace. By accelerating attrition, they might have weakened some Ukrainian resistance to peace negotiations.

EU companies suffer โฌ100bn hit from leaving Russia
Direct losses of European companies associated with leaving Russia amounted to at least โฌ100 billion since the beginning of the Ukrainian conflict, the Financial Times reported.
Oil and gas companies have suffered the greatest losses. Firms from the UK, Germany and France have lost the most money.
A review of 600 European groups' annual reports and 2023 financial statements shows that 176 companies experienced asset impairments, exchange rate related charges and other non-recurring costs due to the sale, closure or downsizing of the Russian segment of their business.
Which industries suffered the most:
๐ Oil & gas โ BP, Shell and TotalEnergies alone suffered โฌ40.6 billion in losses;
๐ Financial sector (including banks, insurance and investment firms) โ โฌ17.5 billion;
๐ Utilities โ โฌ14.7 billion;

The Saudi-organized Ukraine "peace talks" accomplished nothing, as predicted. That hasn't stopped the Wall Street Journal from seeing things โ claiming that Kiev has backtracked on its hardline "peace formula" (a set of 10 demands amounting to Russia's unconditional surrender). Those "European diplomats" who sourced this claim were either engaging in wishful thinking or propaganda.
Either way, no matter โ Zelensky's top aide, the odious Podolyak, fired off a couple tweets today insisting that there has been no change, there can be "no compromise," Ukraine is not abandoning its "platform." But then he went a step further, and claimed that Russia would use any ceasefire to rearm and wait for "key leaders" in the West to leave before restarting the war. In other words, exactly what Kiev and its sponsors did with Minsk 1 & 2, per repeated statements from Angela Merkel, Francois Hollande, and Pyotr Poroshenko.
KIev's entire argument at this point is "gibs moar weaponz". Except the West is running out of them, almost as fast as Zelensky's regime is running out of "meat."

๐ณ๐ช Nigerien coup leaders say 2 African countries preparing for military intervention
"Despite the disapproval of the Nigerien people and the peoples of ECOWAS countries, the plan of this war [military intervention in Niger] has been already devised โฆ A preliminary transfer of forces to participate in it has started in two Central African countries," the CNSP said in a statement quoted by the Nigerien Press Agency.
On July 26, Niger's presidential guard ousted and detained President Mohamed Bazoum. The guard's commander, Gen. Abdourahmane Tchiani, proclaimed himself the president of the caretaker CNSP-led government.

Updates on the Niger situation
On Sunday, the ultimatum Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) gave Niger had expired.
Here's what's happened since then:
โช๏ธ Italy has reduced its military contingent in Niger, bringing back home 65 soldiers.
โช๏ธ Nigeria's Senate has urged the ECOWAS to seek diplomatic solutions to the coup.
โช๏ธ Thousands of Nigeriens defied the ECOWAS deadline for the return to power of the ousted president to rally in support of the rebel military in the national capital of Niamey.
โช๏ธ The militaries of the ECOWAS need more time to prepare for military intervention in Niger against the background of the military takeover in the country, The Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, citing a senior commander from one of the ECOWAS countries.
โช๏ธ The rebels announced the closure of airspace in Niger due to the threat of military intervention. The rebels promised that any attempted invasion would receive a "vigorous and immediate response."
โช๏ธ Against this backdrop, France suspended aid to Burkina Faso, which had supported the Niger rebels.
โช๏ธ There were also reports that the rebels had approached the Wagner Group for help, and that Wagner would launch their presence in Niamey. But there is no confirmation yet.

Frantz Fanonโs โThe Wretched of the Earthโ remains a vital guide both to the tenacity of white supremacy in the West and to the moral Android intellectual failures of the Global South รฉlites.
The liberation of a nation and the restoration of that nation to the people will, according to Fanon, always involve violence. In Fanonโs view, the Western bourgeoisie was โfundamentally racistโ and its โbourgeois ideologyโ of equality and dignity was merely a cover for capitalist-imperialist rapacity. European imperialists had, he writes , โbehaved like real war criminals in the underdeveloped worldโ for centuries, using โdeportation, massacres, forced labor, and slaveryโ to accumulate wealth. Among their โmost heinousโ crimes were the rupturing of the Black manโs identity, the destruction of his culture and community, and the poisoning of his inner life with a sense of inferiority. European thought, Fanon wrote, was marked by โa permanent dialogue with itself, an increasingly obnoxious narcissism.โ
He further wrote that "The national bourgeoisie discovers its historical mission as intermediary. As we have seen, its vocation is not to transform the nation but prosaically serve as a conveyor belt for capitalism, forced to camouflage itself behind the mask of neocolonialism. The national bourgeoisie, with no misgivings and with great pride, revels in the role of agent in its dealings with the Western bourgeoisie".
At the same time, Fanon urged the colonized to โstop accusingโ their white masters, and to do what the latter had so conspicuously failed to do, to start a โnew history of manโ that advanced โuniversalizing values.โ In his view, anti-colonial nationalism was only the first step toward a new radical humanism โfor Europe, for ourselves and for humanity.โ
We can accept as true that โThe rulers are the reflection of the intelligentsia of a society". And, as Nelson Mandela once stated, โGovernment violence can do only one thing and that is to breed counterviolenceโ. But violence seems everywhere these days and results from governmental and societal failure to acknowledge and address social, economic, political, or other national aspirations seems inescapable. A first step toward a paradigm shift, thus, would be to see individual state institutions as nothing more than single elements of a whole and not the state in and of itself. Thus, for each segment of "frozen minds" with inferiority complex symptoms in colonized intelligentsia (sic), there is proportional representation in the ruling class of that colonial or post-colonial territory. This, in turn, proving a famous Urdu proverb "jaisi qaum (intelligentsia) waisay hukmaran", which in English may be translated as โThe rulers are the reflection of the intelligentsia of a society". A poor country may, therefore, be cured by removing the hypocrisy and selfishness of the predatory intelligentsia, which is keeping it poor and degraded. Salvation can only come in the transformation of a nation's intelligentsia into one which is selfless in comparison with what existed before hand.

๐ During the night, combined assault groups of the 10th AC's 116th and 118th Mechanized Brigades attacked the #Rabotino - #Verbovoye line. The attack involved only infantry units without armoured vehicles.
โช๏ธ The attack was repulsed, but in the morning the AFU resumed the offensive with the support of artillery and forces of the 15th Brigade of the Ukrainian National Guard. At one point they even managed to occupy the northern outskirts of #Rabotino, but in the end our fighters pushed the AFU back. The clashes continue.
๐น Positional fighting also began in the vicinity of #Belogorye, where the previous day the Ukrainian command transferred one platoon from #Gulyaypole. Activation in this area may indicate possible attempts of strikes in this direction.
โช๏ธ At the same time in the rear, in the area of #Tavriyskoye the formation of a strike group is going on. Formations of the AFU's 65th Mechanized and 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigades with armoured vehicles have arrived there. Additional assault units of the 10th AC have also been transferred to #Orekhov.
