▪️ South of #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut), the AFU is not stopping its attacks on #Kleshcheyevka. The Nazis are demolishing houses to the ground with tank and artillery fire, and are trying to fill basements. Acting in small groups of infantry, the enemy is trying to consolidate while moving forward.
▪️ On the northern flank of #Artyomovsk from the side of #Berkhovskoye water reservoir our paratroopers repelled an attack of the AFU from 4 tanks and 6 armoured vehicles, only 1 armoured personnel carrier managed to escape the fire of the RF Armed Forces.
▪️ In the #Orekhov section of the #Zaporozhye front, the enemy is operating with foreign-made armoured personnel carriers, trying to bring personnel to the frontline. The vehicles are destroyed by our ATGM operators.
▪️ In the #Vremyevka sector, the AFU yesterday tried to attack in the direction of #Urozhaynoye with up to two motorised infantry platoons supported by tanks.
▪️ In the #Kherson direction, the enemy is extremely active with drones for reconnaissance and artillery fire correction. The Wall Street Journal quoted insiders as saying about the results of consultations, which were held on Saturday in the city of Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
Ukraine reportedly agreed to resume negotiations with Russia during these talks. The WSJ also reported that Ukraine expressed its willingness to engage in peace talks with Russian delegates, without requiring Russia to withdraw its military presence from the territories that Kiev considers its historical lands.
Yet later Zelensky's office has denied willingness for peace talks without a demand for troop withdrawal. According to the source, Ukraine has not conceded a single point of the president's "peace formula".
Following the Jeddah talks, the participating countries did not submit a final declaration, citing the fact that the event was purely consultative in nature.

⚡️🇳🇪🌍 In these times, we have to remember that ECOWAS generally does not joke around interventions.
List of interventions by ECOWAS :
1990 -> Liberia
1998 -> Sierra Leone
1999 -> Guinea-Bissau
2003 -> Ivory Coast
2013 -> Mali
2017 -> Gambia
Any intervention against Niger is going to be different though, because out of the 6 listed, only 2 were against the ruling government, the rest being peacekeeping efforts between rebel groups and governments.
Niger is also objectively the strongest country (outside of Ivory Coast) that ECOWAS will have to face, this war, if it happens, may turn bloody really soon.
