▪️ The AFU attempted to attack the patrol ship Sergey Kotov with two unmanned boats in the Black Sea. Both boats were destroyed, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) said;

▪️ MoD reported successful counterattack actions of the 15th Motorized Rifle Brigade in the Krasny #Liman direction, #Sergeyevka was liberated, Russian troops advanced up to 2 km deep into the enemy's defensive lines;

▪️ In the area of the Serebryanskoye forestry district, units of the 234th Airborne Assault Regiment repelled an Ukrainian attack and launched a counterattack. Russian units advanced by 1.5 kilometres;

▪️ In #Zhitomir region, depots of ammunition and equipment delivered from Western countries to #Ukraine have been destroyed;

▪️ In #Cherkassy region, a temporary deployment point of foreign mercenaries was hit, MoD said;

▪️ The AFU shelled #Donetsk, residential houses were damaged, the roof of the Olimpiysky Sports Complex was on fire, as well as 12 vehicles in the trolleybus depot;

▪️ RIA Novosti military correspondent Rostislav Zhuravlev, who died in the SMO zone, will be buried on 28 July in his native #Yekaterinburg;

▪️ Matvienko expressed condolences to Zhuravlev's family and friends and noted that responsibility for the attack on journalists in the #Zaporozhye region lies not only with Kiev, but also with Washington;

▪️ The US condemns any attacks on journalists, said the US Ambassador to the OSCE, commenting on Zhuravlev's death in the shelling, Zakharova responded that Washington directly sponsors the Kiev gang;

▪️ The US will send $400 million in military aid to #Ukraine, the Associated Press reported, including ammunition for air defence systems, HIMARS and NASAMS.

◾Ukrainian POWs tell about fictitious medical commission in military commissariats, lack of hardware, panic and chaos in Armed Forces of Ukraine

- 'I arrived at the military commissariat, and passed the medical commission in five seconds. They just put a stamp and sent us to the training ground… I don't want to serve. I don't understand what they are fighting for at all. 'We surrendered as soon as we heard the Russians. I didn't think I was being sent to my death. And all of ours immediately gave up,' told the servicemen.

- 'I was mobilised very quickly. The draft notice came, I came and they immediately sent me to the front line. We didn't know that Russian troops were ahead. There was a mortar attack, some of our people died, some withdrew. When I found out all the things, the Russian troops were already nearby'.
