Domestic wholesale sales increased 0.6% in 3Q 2025 compared to 3Q 2024. Excluding petroleum, domestic wholesale sales fell 2.1%. Foreign wholesale sales fell 5.1% over the same period. Excluding petroleum, foreign wholesale sales grew by 2.8%.

The Singapore economy expanded by 4.2% on a year-on-year basis in 3Q 2025. The GDP growth forecast for 2025 has been upgraded from ‘1.5% to 2.5%’ to ‘around 4.0%’. For 2026, Singapore’s GDP growth is projected to come in at ‘1.0% to 3.0%’.
