Despite their extraterrestrial appearance, these futuristic twin towers located along Old Tampines Road are actually water storage tanks, making up Tampines NEWater Service Reservoir and providing clean water to nearby electronic chip manufacturing factories💧

#Funfact: The elevated tanks measure up to 43 meters in diameter at the top, and it can hold up to 8500 cubic meters of water – that’s nearly the same amount of water in 4 Olympic-sized swimming pools! 🤯

Meet Edwin and Deevak, the resilient duo who endured 5 failed start-up ideas before their 6th finally took off – all before graduating university! Kudos to their perseverance! 💪

In spite of the bumps and obstacles, they founded Edsy Bitsy, a learning app that supports the needs of underserved students in Asia and Africa. What’s especially remarkable is being able to introduce the app to regions even they were unable to travel there!

Even Edwin's mum – who sees him face the 💻 for 16 hours a day – has come to realise that he's doing something meaningful 🥲

TGIF! How are you doing today? Known as CBD or Central Business District, this busy concrete jungle is the hub for all of Singapore’s financial and commercial activities and it spans from Raffles Place along Shenton Way / Robinson Road / Cecil Street to the Tanjong Pagar and Anson subzones. 🌃

In the next few years, Singapore plans to refresh its business districts with additional residential, recreational and lifestyle developments to create people-friendly neighbourhoods! 🏘🌆
