Since she started playing squash nearly 2 years ago and joined a tournament for the first time ever back in May, Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) squash player Chia Min has come a very long way! 👍💪
Squash has been a very big part of her life because of how the sport helps take her mind off stressful things. This therapeutic activity has also been a great aid in teaching her to be more calm and patient- whether for studies or work!
