Dear Sinbad Network Community,

We would like to ask for the community’s opinion regarding balances accumulated in inactive accounts, suspended accounts, bot/spam accounts, or accounts stopped due to abuse.

According to the proposed model:

Accounts that remain inactive for 6 months will receive a final warning and one last opportunity to become active again.

If these accounts remain inactive after this period, and if bot/spam accounts or accounts stopped due to abuse are identified, their accumulated balances will not be transferred to the team; they will be returned to the ecosystem.

A portion of the recovered balances will be distributed to active users as bonus rewards, while another portion will be sent to the burn mechanism.

Burn transactions will be carried out transparently on-chain, and BscScan links will be shared with the community. This will also help support the reduction of the total supply.

Recovered balances will be collected in a separate reward pool/wallet, and users will be able to follow the process transparently.

If this model is approved by the community vote, the final decision will be added to the Sinbad Network whitepaper and roadmap.
