We identified an issue with the signal creation. It’s saying the market is closed when it’s open. We’ll get that fixed the latest by tomorrow morning EST time. We were testing something before so it wasn’t changed back to normal. I’ll notify everyone here once it’s ready

BUG FOUND 🐞

When setting a SL or TP manually with a price, it’ll incorrectly claim that the SL/TP pips are too small, but the premade pip options work perfectly fine.

Tomorrow morning we’ll get the manual price input for SL/TP fixed, so if you’re going to call a signal, use the premade pip options in the meantime.

We’re adding Indices, Stocks, Crypto, Commodities and the rest of the Forex pairs data this week. We’ll notify you here once the rest of the asset classes are ready 👍🏼

BUG FOUND 🐞

When creating a Limit/Stop order then deleting it, it still shows the signal as active when you click the Manage Signals command.

BUG FOUND 🐞

After setting a signal to breakeven, the signal can’t be closed, or the signal disappears entirely from your list of open signals in the Manage Signals tab.

We’re working on this today along with the other bugs we identified last night, so if you were affected by this bug at all, just message our support with your trade information and we’ll take care of you. Thank you all for your patience 💪🏼

Side note
None of these issues were present during our two weeks of testing before launch, so it appears that we are facing these issues after getting onboard a lot of users and adding more code to the software. But no worries, they’ll be fixed!

Breakeven Bug Fixed ✅

If you set a signal to breakeven and you couldn’t see that signal under the Manage Signals command, that was fixed and you should be able to see the signal still open (assuming it didn’t hit breakeven, SL or TP while we were fixing it). Just click Manage Signals again to activate the fix.

Now when you delete a Limit or Stop order, you will not see it in your open signals under Manage Signals
