We fixed this issue earlier this morning, you should be able to call signals for any Forex Pair now 👍🏼

We’re fixing a bug that displayed the wrong pip count for wins and losses. If you’re a customer and you received messages stating certain traders reached your weekly pip target and they made thousands of pips, this is an error we’re correcting now. Please message our support bot if you’re a Seller that was affected by this and we’ll get this corrected.

Also, we fixed the error message when trying to create a signal and manage signals so that’s back to normal

As of now, we set the default subscription plan for all sellers to only $1 per profitable signal!

We made the decision to have this as the default subscription option in order to increase sales for the sellers, and make the signals affordable for all customers. (Keeping it simple like the name intended it to be 😁)

System upgrade is complete. Data is up and running now. You may call and manage signals like usual ✅

We need to change the minimum SL/TP requirement for Stocks, Crypto and Commodities so it’s easier to set a SL and TP. This change will be done in the morning. Apologies for the inconvenience

We removed the stacking feature, so now you can only open 1 signal per pair at a time in a certain direction. This is to prevent spamming of signals and taking advantage of our upcoming change to the business model.

If we bring it back, we’ll have limitations to prevent abuse 👍🏼

Tomorrow around market close we’re implementing the new business model that will make following signals from various sellers affordable, while helping sellers make more money at the same time! Here is how it’ll work:

1. Buyers will buy credits.
1 credit = 1 US dollar, and we collect 5% as usual

2. The buyer can follow as many sellers as they want for free

3. When the sellers they’re following call a signal, a credit gets sent to a holding tank. If the signal closes in profit, that credit gets sent to the seller, and if the signals loses, that credit gets sent back to the buyer


This new system guarantees that a seller will not have the ability to run off with your money, and it guarantees that you are still only paying one dollar per profitable signal.

We also have safety measures in place to prevent sellers from taking advantage of the system. As an example for the Forex category, Sellers will need to close their signals at a minimum of 5 pips profit if they’re listed as a scalper, and a minimum of 10 pips profit if they are an intraday or swing trader in order to get credit for a signal.

This will guarantee that you as a buyer will not get taken advantage of from a seller trying to game the system and take all of your credits with 1 pip trades 😁

One more thing I forgot to add. If a seller closes a Signal under the minimum pip requirement based on their trader style (For Forex, Scalper 5 pips, Intraday and Swing trader 10 pips), not only will the credit go back to the buyer, but that signal will not help their win rate.

This way, only signals that close above the minimum requirement will affect their win rate. This will help prevent abuse from sellers closing 10 signals at just 1 pip profit each and having a 100% win rate.

If you don’t see the Credit Balance feature in the bot, you need to restart the bot to load in the updates we made.

To activate the new changes, just type /start into the marketplace bot (include the slash), then you’ll see it in the menu 👍🏼

Today we will be performing server upgrades to improve speed and functionality.
