Smart Gold Hunter is an Expert Advisor for XAUUSD / Gold trading on MetaTrader 5. It is designed for traders who prefer a gold EA with no grid, no martingale, real Stop Loss and Take Profit logic, and controlled risk management.
Smart Gold Hunter is not a grid EA and it is not a martingale EA. It does not depend on unlimited recovery positions or lot multiplication after losses. The main idea is to trade gold with controlled logic, protection settings, and real trade management instead of dangerous averaging.
The EA is designed mainly for XAUUSD / Gold. You can use it on XAUUSD or your broker’s gold symbol, such as XAUUSDm, GOLD, or similar names. Broker conditions are important for gold trading, so raw spread ECN accounts with low spread, low commission, fast execution, and stable trading conditions are recommended.
You can attach Smart Gold Hunter to a XAUUSD chart. The selected profile and EA settings are more important than the chart timeframe. For stable execution, especially on live accounts and prop firm accounts, using a VPS is strongly recommended.
Smart Gold Hunter includes different trading profiles for different trading styles. Scalper Mode is designed for higher activity and faster trade management. Prop Scalper Mode is designed for prop firm style trading with more controlled behavior. Positive RR Mode is designed for traders who prefer positive risk-to-reward logic and bigger move targets. Balanced Mode is designed for more stable performance with reduced exposure. Custom Mode is available for advanced users who want to adjust their own TP, SL, trailing, pause, and protection settings.
The EA includes several protection options such as daily profit target, daily loss limit, equity protection, high-impact news filter, spread protection, session close protection, and Friday close protection. These features can be useful for risk control and prop firm style trading, but every prop firm has different rules, so users should always check their own prop firm conditions before using any EA.

Reaction Level Matrix is an overlay indicator that builds support and resistance levels from the swings where price actually reacted, grades every level on an absolute 0–100 score, and fires rejection signals only at the levels nearest to price. Each signal is turned into a complete trade plan: entry, stop-loss, three take-profits, break-even management and live statistics.
Ever drawn a "strong" level, only to notice later that price barely reacted there? Or kept watching a level that quietly stopped mattering months ago? Most level tools simply count touches. A wick that grazed a price once weighs the same as a swing that launched a multi-ATR rally, and a level from five hundred bars ago looks as important as yesterday's.
The core insight: a level is only as strong as the reactions it produced. Reaction Level Matrix weighs every swing by how far price moved away from it, lets strength fade when a level is no longer defended, penalizes it when price closes through, and rewards levels that have worked as both support and resistance. What stays on your chart is a short list of levels that earned their place, plus a clear rule for when price is actually rejecting them.

This ea recreated it with some few original source code from the gold trap & putting hybrid one shot entry with trap zoning, for protection i use whipsaw filter and spread expansion filter so that the EA will pause if thats happened, and continue again, when its back to normal. After several study of its behavior, trap zoning which is where the gold trap is popular, it is good to use with high volatility regimes, especially in NY overlap session. Here are also added few trend filters that might and should work within hybrid one shot trapzone, this is mainly made for standard account with very low spread,

Ever marked a clean reaction area, only to find that it looked just as important after dozens of bars, repeated retests, deeper penetration and weaker responses? Most zone tools are good at showing where price reacted, but much less explicit about whether that reaction still carries the same relevance now.
