CFX Range Filter Sniper
A trend-following breakout EA built on the Range Filter, a double-smoothed average-range envelope that only advances when price clears the band, producing a staircase filter line that holds flat through noise and steps in trend. Signals fire when price crosses the filter and the direction counter flips, so entries mark genuine regime changes rather than every fluctuation.
Targets and stops are derived from ATR rather than fixed pips, so the EA adapts to volatility and instrument automatically. An optional 200 EMA gate blocks counter-trend entries. Positions close on an opposing signal, on the ATR take-profit or on the trailing stop, whichever comes first.
