🌐 Indicator Liquidity Swings for TradingView 👑

This indicator identifies and tracks liquidity pools at swing highs and lows — a key Smart Money Concepts tool for visualizing institutional order flow and potential reversal zones.

How It Works
The script operates in three stages:

Pivot Detection — Confirmed swing highs and lows are identified using a lookback period, establishing the outer boundaries of resting liquidity pools.
Zone Tracking — For each pivot, the script counts how many subsequent bars trade through the liquidity zone (wick tip to body edge) and accumulates the total volume of those touches, revealing market interest at each level.
Cross Event — When price closes beyond a pivot's extreme, the level is marked as "consumed" — liquidity has been taken and the level becomes a dashed historical reference rather than an active trading zone.

🌐 Indicator Liquidity Swings [LuxAlgo] for TradingView 👑

LuxAlgo Liquidity Swings (Horizontal Lines & Shaded Blocks)
Red Upper Lines/Blocks (Swing High): Represents Buy-side Liquidity (BSL) pools. This is where large institutional sell orders wait, and retail stop-losses (Buy Stops) are clustered. It acts as an alpha resistance zone.
Teal Lower Lines/Blocks (Swing Low): Represents Sell-side Liquidity (SSL) pools. This is where whale buy limits sit, and retail long stop-losses (Sell Stops) are engineered. It acts as an alpha support zone.
Custom FVG (Candle Colors & Boxes)
Green Candle / Green Box (Bullish FVG): Triggered when institutional aggressive market-buying creates an Inequality Gap (Support Zone). Price is highly likely to retest and bounce here.
Red Candle / Red Box (Bearish FVG): Triggered when heavy whale distribution dumps the asset, creating an Inequality Gap (Resistance Zone). Price is highly likely to reject upon retesting this box.
2. High-Probability Trading Strategy (SMC Framework)
The ultimate synergy of this setup is to "Identify major liquidity zones with LuxAlgo, and execute precision entries using the FVG signals."
🟢 Long (Buy) Setup: Liquidity Sweep + Institutional Inflow
Context: Watch for the price to drop into or slightly pierce below the LuxAlgo Teal Support Line (Swing Low). This is a "Liquidity Sweep" where smart money triggers retail stop-losses to fill their own buy orders.
Entry Trigger: Immediately after hitting the teal zone, wait for the price to bounce and print a Green FVG Candle accompanied by a Green FVG Box. Enter a Long position on the close of this candle.
Stop Loss (SL): Place your stop loss right below the Bottom of the Green FVG Box or just below the wick of the swept Teal Swing Low.
Take Profit (TP): Set your target at the opposite side—the nearest LuxAlgo Red Resistance Line (Swing High).
🔴 Short (Sell) Setup: Liquidity Grab + Whale Distribution
Context: Watch for the price to rally up into or slightly sweep above the LuxAlgo Red Resistance Line (Swing High) to grab buy-stop liquidity.
Entry Trigger: Once the liquidity is grabbed and the price starts declining, wait for a Red FVG Candle and Red FVG Box to print. Enter a Short position on the close of this candle.
Stop Loss (SL): Place your stop loss right above the Top of the Red FVG Box or above the wick of the swept Red Swing High.
Take Profit (TP): Set your target at the nearest LuxAlgo Teal Support Line (Swing Low).

The Power of Confluence (Box Overlaps)
The highest win-rate setups occur when a Custom FVG Box prints directly inside or on top of an active LuxAlgo Swing Line. This indicates an incredibly strong institutional footprint, making it a premium zone for pullback trades.
Trend Filtering
During a strong macro trend (e.g., Bull Market), avoid taking short positions even if the price hits the Red LuxAlgo line. Instead, prioritize buying the dips whenever a Green FVG Box prints near the Teal support lines during a pullback.
