Hello!

We sincerely apologise for the schedule adjustment and need to move the October teachings to November. As a result, in November, we will have the opportunity to meet with Rinpoche twice.

We also have some good news! Starting in November, we are making a slight change to the format:

- We have created a program that will introduce you to Vajrayana and provide a deeper understanding of the practice.

- Rinpoche has given us his blessing for joint Sangha meetings and Green Tara practices between teachings. So we will meet weekly for 1 hour practise.

Please note the updated schedule:

November 2nd, 10 AM (+3 GMT):
Topic: Introduction to Buddhism and Vajrayana (Four Noble Truths, Eightfold Path)
Practice: Basic meditation and introduction to Green Tara

November 17th, 10 AM (+3 GMT):
