The update is now available on both Android and iOS. However, Telegram Wallet is still disabled by default and does not appear in the app yet.
According to preliminary information, Telegram is expected to gradually roll out the built-in wallet to all users as part of version 13.0.

I just built a bot that shows you your Gram Wallet (Telegram Money) address, even before it’s activated.
You don’t need anyone to send you $GRAM💎 first just to see it.
What it does: - Shows your wallet address and QR code, with one-tap copy
- “Ask a friend” sends them a card with a Send 0.1 GRAM button. Telegram’s wallet opens with your address and the amount already filled in, they just confirm
- Or activate it yourself from Keeper Wallet, MyWallet or the Gram Wallet Mobile App, everything pre-filled
- Tap Refresh and it tells you the moment your wallet is live
- Already active? It shows your balance and lets you invite friends to activate theirs
