The first forum was held in December 2022, with the TV and Radio Complex of the President of Kazakhstan as a key partner, recognized for its longstanding and strong ties with global media outlets.

This year’s forum marked a new chapter in regional media cooperation. Central Asian countries discussed the potential launch of a joint TV channel and a regional media platform. Kazakh TV channels are already broadcasting in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan.

📰A prime example is Silk Way, Kazakhstan’s first national satellite TV channel, which is part of the TV and Radio Complex of the President of Kazakhstan. The channel broadcasts in six languages and reaches four continents and approximately 120 countries.
