Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.Today, I officially declare an international cyber jihad against the United States and Israel, which is confronting Iran.

We have no information on whether Iranian politicians are part of this charade alongside the United States and Israel, or if this is simply the truth. Regardless, it is our duty to help our fellow human beings, to establish the truth, and to eradicate falsehood and oppression.

We declare war on these two countries. Here are the accusations:

- Crimes against humanity (attacking hospitals, innocent children and people, attacking even after having called for peace)
- Lying and concealing the truth from the world about their horrific acts in the shadows
- Funding the Islamic State, which is Mossad, to create unwavering hatred in the hearts of non-Muslims against Sunni Muslims
- Alliance with the devil and a deliberate misinterpretation of the Torah to manipulate the Israeli people
- As for Trump, he pretended to be neutral towards Iran and Israel in the name of "peace," while Israel and the United States continue to collaborate, and deceived the world through the media
- The list goes on...

Therefore, cyber-jihad is officially declared against Israel and the United States.

So, before engaging in jihad, a few guidelines are necessary because we are not Islamic states meant to crush the Sunnah, and for non-Muslims, we are not those politicians who act like them.

Here are the people who can participate:

- Those who have the ability to hack, sabotage, and spy by various means, regardless of their skill level and in any field.
- Those who are not under the scrutiny of the police and intelligence services.
- Those who know how to remain anonymous; "skidkiddles" are not welcome.

PS: A "skidkiddle" is a category of person who simply copies and pastes software without trying to understand it and who has no grasp of even the most basic computer concepts.

Here are those who cannot participate, regardless of their beliefs:

- If you participate in cyberwarfare simply for glory or for the benefit of others, then do not participate. We don't need people seeking attention. Do it for yourself, to help others, or for a specific ideology. But for Muslims, do it only for the love of Allah (swt).
- The skid kiddle (those who engage in cyberwarfare).

Of course, to understand the rules of jihad, here is a reminder for those unfamiliar with them:

What you are allowed to do:

- Destroy websites of sorcerers, the military, and adult websites, and steal their money to put it in the Billy wallet (which will be sent).
- Gather all types of information.
- Espionage of all kinds is permitted.
- Destroy military research laboratories, nuclear power plants, command centers, and resources that could improve the enemy country's army, and steal their money, which will also go into the Billy wallet (which will be sent).
- Targeting ministers and politicians linked to enemy countries is permitted.
- Sabotaging banks is not allowed, but stealing is prohibited because the money is used to feed the enemy country, and innocent people are not attacked.

What you are not allowed to do:

- No attacks on innocent people.
- No stealing money.
- No attacks on religions and places of worship (e.g., church and synagogue websites).
- No attacks on hospitals.
- No attacks on human resources that sustain the people of the country in question in their daily lives (e.g., international water resources websites, nature reserves).
- No stealing money by any means.


ANY MONEY STOLEN FROM ENEMY COUNTRIES WILL BE IN BILLY'S WALLET SO THAT IT CAN BE REFUNDED ACCORDING TO THE RELIGION OF Islam and any embezzlement of funds will be considered treason.
The spoils of war will be redistributed to those who contributed to the jihad (4/5), and the remaining 1/5 will be given to religious causes.
