❌The last sentence of the e-mail — "If you could get back to me soon, that'd be great" — is both too demanding and too casual. 

❌"Hope to hear from you" is not appropriately respectful. It is customary to thank the reader for his or her time and consideration.

❌Try to avoid using the kind of abbreviated language that is common in text or SMS messages. Instead of writing "u cld/ ur", for example, use full words: "you could/ your"
