World Health Summit regional meeting in 2020
✏️Each year, the World Health Summit in Berlin is complimented by a Regional Meeting in a different part of the world, where local and regional topics come to the forefront. Each meeting is hosted by the M8 Alliance member holding the World Health Summit International Presidency, which rotates every year.
The Regional Meeting 2020 will take place in Kampala, Uganda April 27-28. It is organized by Makerere University in partnership with the Government of Uganda. 🇺🇬
It is also worth to mention that in 2019, our university hosted this regional meeting in Kish island in which many participants from many different countries took part; it was such a great event!
📩As we corresponded with the executive team of this event, they told us that this event is going to be preceded by a "student pre-event" and also that they are trying to provide travel grants for students to make this trip more feasible.

♦️جلسه و انتخابات مجمع کمیته بینالملل دانشجویی دانشکده پزشکی برگزار شد
📌اعضای مجمع کمیته بینالملل دانشجویی دانشکده پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در روز شنبه، ۲۷ دی، از ساعت ۱۱ تا ۱۲ونیم بصورت مجازی و حضوری در سالن حکیم ساختمان مرکزی دانشگاه گرد هم آمدند.
📌در این جلسه که با حضور دکتر رامین کردی، معاون بینالملل دانشگاه؛ دکتر نیما رضایی، معاون بینالملل دانشکده پزشکی؛ و دکتر الهه متوسلی، مدیر فرهنگی دانشجویی معاونت بینالملل دانشگاه، برگزار شد؛ علاوه بر تقدیر از اعضای فعال و هسته مرکزی این کمیته، انتخابات دور دوم مجمع نیز صورت گرفت.
📌هدف این کمیته که دو سال از شروع شکلگیری آن میگذرد، بر طبق اساسنامه، فعالیت در زمینههای آموزشی، پژوهشی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی در حیطه بینالملل است.
