The Shuffle Brazil Administration hereby issues this public statement regarding a confirmed incident involving a member of the BTCs community, identified as @RDRewards @Rdcasinooo, who has misappropriated 25 SOLANA belonging to another BTCs affiliate.

According to verified reports, @RDRewards @Rdcasinooo @rdfrompigmo voluntarily offered to withdraw the 25 SOLANA to his personal wallet, promising to return the funds afterward.
It appears that Shuffle currently imposes withdrawal restrictions on players who are in profit or who execute multiple daily withdrawals.

Following the incident, the victim attempted to contact responsible parties within the BTCs community — namely Bikers (Community Owner) and Hallowtide (Manager) — to request a fair resolution.
Despite providing voice recordings, screenshots, and full transaction proof, both individuals appeared indifferent to resolving the situation.

For this reason, Shuffle Brazil is issuing this alert, which will remain active until the full amount has been reimbursed.

It must be stated that streamers and community representatives are not directly responsible for the theft.
However, they share moral responsibility for the actions of members who publicly represent their organization.
