It comes with 64 voices, lots of speech controls, and full offline support. Eloqium is made with accessibility and screen-reader use in mind.

• Smart number processing for more natural handling of numbers, including phone numbers and codes.
• Capital indication with None, Pitch raise, and Say capital modes. Pitch raise applies to standalone uppercase letters without breaking ordinary words.
• Optional Eloqium foreground service for improved reliability during background speech.
• App notification and battery optimization controls for users who need additional background reliability.
