This is because Tron has upgraded its network and has yet provided an official patch for iOS, only for Android

The network upgrade has made the EVM addresses on FX Wallet''s iOS app incompatible with the current Tron

As a result, the following will not be available for now:
1) Token balances display
2) Token transfers
3) Cross-chain transfers

Our engineers are currently working on a fix
