This Special Purpose Fund (SPF) requests 347,100 DAI for all expenses to launch Spark Lend in April 2023, and maintain it for a year.

Phoenix Labs proposes a direct-deposit module (D3M) credit line connected to Spark Lend with a debt ceiling of 200 million DAI to supply automated liquidity into Spark''s DAI pool with predictable rates for end-users.

Maker 트윗 - The proposed mechanic seeks to enforce a fixed liquidity buffer on the DAI Pool.

As an example, if there are 200 million in DAI borrows and the buffer is set to 100 million, the D3M will make sure the DAI pool is 200 million borrows + 100 million DAI of available liquidity.
