✈️ Story telling time

So i send out Zefwanos Sergal via Fedex to america, because there are not many other option these days.
We picked Priority express for, a lot of money...
Send out on 24. march should be arrived at 26. march.
Pickup service was perfect. everything was good. I prepared everything for customs and it goes through without any problems.
Get my export papers everything was fine.

Until... it arrived in Memphis.
1day, 2 days... called fedex.
"Oh yea Memphis... thats typical for them. customs is realy slow over there. We will ship out and deliver the package directly when its though customs"

Easter passed nothing happend.
They forgot so send the Customer the papers that where needed until he called themself whats going on.
several days later, several calls later we know that customs didnt do anything wrong.
Package was held at the Fedex Broker for a long time.
2 Fedex employes made escalation tickets, that these dumbass finally did his damn work.
Finally the package was released yesterday.
And Today 21 days later, the suit finally arrived at the customers place!

Now we only have to wait that we get part of our money back. (hopefully)
1. because they charged us alot more then expected.
2. they absolutly failed the priority express time.
Even the fedex employe told me i should open a case for that lol

But maaaaan im so happy the suit finally arrives safe
