They only noticed it because broken parts were falling out of the carton. But if they hadn't noticed it, it would get to Ghana and we will be blamed for it.
There is no way to know at which stage of the transportation of your goods did they get damaged. So kindly ask your supplier to pack them securely. All fragile items should be packed with Styrofoam or pallet frames. As it has always been, there's no refund for broken items so kindly ensure your goods are securely packaged please. ๐๐๐
