For the 6 containers that were cleared last week:
1. It is highly recommended you book pickup request a day before coming to the warehouse. This will avoid excessive waiting time on your part.
2. tiny parcels are not ready for pickup.
3. For packages eligible for free delivery, kindly expect delay because we are delivering goods from six containers. If you need your goods urgently, kindly arrange pickup this time.
