1. It is highly recommended you book pickup request a day before coming to the warehouse. This will avoid excessive waiting time on your part.

2. tiny parcels are not ready for pickup.

3. For packages eligible for free delivery, kindly expect delay because we are delivering goods from six containers. If you need your goods urgently, kindly arrange pickup this time.

4. Free delivery is strictly for those who are eligible for free delivery and booked for free delivery on our web portal.
