My attention has been drawn to the fact that one of the delivery services that we engage to help clients who aren’t eligible for free delivery has in the past charged some people to help look for their packages, not the delivery fee, but just getting the package from the warehouse and then subsequently charge delivery fee as well.

I’m very sorry about this and that’s not an act I would allow to continue.

I want to reiterate the fact that we don’t offer paid delivery service. There are delivery businesses and individuals whose service we recommend but it’s not compulsory to use their service.

When they come, I speak to them about the needs of our clients and engage them in good faith. I wouldn’t want any client to be exploited in such a manner. Once again, I’m sincerely sorry for this act.
