Delivery companies are refusing to return packages we haven’t accepted because they want to be paid extra delivery for return so they dump the packages and leave.
Such packages may show as DELIVERED on your app but it hasn’t been RECEIVED by the warehouse.

We don’t accept packages without shipping mark in the warehouse. They’ll be REJECTED please. If the courier refuses to return it and leaves it somewhere, we don’t have control over their actions.
We will ask you for stamped copy of courier label if you need update of your package.
The only packages that we are responsible for are those with stamped copy of courier labels or have a warehouse receipt issued for them. Kindly note this please
