21st May container cleared. 🫶

Containers are cleared in the order they arrive at the port. The next container to be cleared will be 23rd May before 17th May because the vessel with 17th May didn’t arrive early.

If containers that arrive early aren’t cleared, we will incur demurrage charges, and we don’t want that.

Shipping fee for All highlighted containers are due for payment.

Yellow: containers have arrived at the port and we're working on clearing them.

Blue: Containers are arriving soon, Mostly within a week. (early settlement of bills ensure faster clearing once they arrive)

23rd May container cleared. 🫶

Delivery companies are refusing to return packages we haven’t accepted because they want to be paid extra delivery for return so they dump the packages and leave.

Such packages may show as DELIVERED on your app but it hasn’t been RECEIVED by the warehouse.

Kindly note that we are not responsible for such packages.

We don’t accept packages without shipping mark in the warehouse. They’ll be REJECTED please. If the courier refuses to return it and leaves it somewhere, we don’t have control over their actions.

We will ask you for stamped copy of courier label if you need update of your package.

The only packages that we are responsible for are those with stamped copy of courier labels or have a warehouse receipt issued for them. Kindly note this please
